Guayarmina Princess - Adults Only

Fantastic hotel. Spotless clean everywhere All staff work very hard to keep this hotel Spotless and they are all happy working there. Food fabulous in all restaurants as well nothing is to much for them to make your stay special. Heated pool was great to swim in and even water Aerobics and volley ball if you wanted to join in. No fighting for sun beds all done on an app so you choose where you want them. We stayed platinum so also had the infinity pool and area separate to use. This was our 1st adult only hotel experience as recommended by my friend and this was the best experience we couldn’t have been happier. Sitting on the balcony the area was even quieter than I thought . The spa was also brilliant which you had access to being platinum. Lots of shops in walking distance including designer shops lots of bars and cafes to stop off at for a nice drink. I would say just book you won’t be disappointed We booked with TUI Well done every member of staff you all Do a fantastic job Thank you and we will return

Super hotel on the beach with lovely food. We visited at the end of March and were immediately impressed by the grandeur of this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and polite and the food was of an exceptionally high standard. Evening entertainment was not quite to the same standard but nevertheless did give us something to watch.

We came here for a week, mid-August, and had an amazing time! The hotel entrance and ‘lobby’ are just stunning… the check-in process was very slick… and our room on the top floor (attico) was really quiet and very comfortable. The daily cleaning service was meticulous and much appreciated. We booked the all inclusive package. We thoroughly enjoyed every single meal - it was nice to see a wide variety of vegetarian options and alternative milks. The chefs were very friendly and the waiting staff were always attentive and efficient. It was peak season, but we never had to queue to be seated and, even though the buffet was busy at times, other guests were polite and respectful. We indulged in a few cocktails each evening, too - a nice selection included on the All Inc list… and coffees by the pool during the day. The sun lounger reservation part of the app worked really well and was politely enforced by the socorrista, when one or two guests had not understood the system! There were fun pool activities, too - like daily aquarobics. We loved the music, even if we didn’t join in! Hubbie made the most of the hotel gym every morning, instead… Evening entertainment was varied - mostly pretty good - but it was always ‘entertaining’!? We have already made up our minds to go back to the Guayarmina Princess in October! We really did have a super time and are looking forward to our next trip!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. We stayed here for 11 days and absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is stunning, so clean and modern. All the staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. The restaurant is brilliant, loads of choices every night, with each night being a different theme for a great variety of choices. In addition, the A La Carte restaurant is delicious and a nice way to break up the evening meal choices. The pool was great, with booking sunbeds being a great way to secure a spot each day. The activities on offer were also great fun, particularly the volleyball with lots of guests getting involved. Evening entertainment was brilliant each night and drinks service was relatively quick. The rooms were so modern and clean and the staff that cleaned them each day did a fantastic job. The beds were incredibly comfy and the rainfall shower was a welcomed relief after some hot days! Being given a bottle of water each day in the room was also greatly appreciated in addition to the free minibar (once empty it cost to be refilled). Overall, we would definitely stay here again and are considering going all inclusive on our next return as we were half board. Cannot recommend it enough!

Just returned from a 2 week stay in which included platinum club. Overall the stay was fantastic and the hotel was great. Staff were welcoming and majority were friendly and accommodating overall, especially Alexander who definitely brought great service along with a joke and a smile no matter what. Food was good overall, loads of choices, platinum club and roast restaurant were really good (both of these are evening meals and ordered from a menu) but the menu is set so quite repetitive, especially as you can use the roast unlimited times as a platinum guest. A lot of alcoholic drinks are included in the all inclusive, minus a few, however was quite disappointed with the beer/lager options, would have liked to see a cider option of some sort, but cocktails were good and well made with plenty included, as well as ice-creams etc all included with all inclusive. The platinum club rooftop pool was a nice option to have, however this could get quite overcrowded and also the bar didn’t open till 11am, which meant it was difficult to even get a bottle of water until this time around the pool, or any other poor bars as these all opened at 11am. The sunbed booking system was good, which meant no racing around to get sunbeds, however certain guests were sitting there at 1759 (could book sunbeds from 1800) like snipers always getting the good spots, so I would suggest the hotel looks into putting a limit on the amount of times you could repeat book the same beds, as these are meant to be available for everyone, as for example we didn’t get to book a daybed once in 14 days as these were booked almost immediately. The things that really let down this hotel in my opinion was the entertainment, the location of the roast restaurant which was just over the pool from the entertainment stage, meant that come 2030 when entertainment started, the outside seating at the roast was really noisy, which made having a chilled meal and a conversation difficult. Entertainment was also poor, there is 2 acts a night, and over 14 days I’d say around 23/24 of these were just singers or tribute acts, which also made it difficult as there was no where quiet to sit and just chill with a few drinks, as all other bars close at 1800, so we often ended up heading to the room early as the noise was overwhelming at times. If the rooftop bar or another bar was open during the evening, it would be a nice setting to sit with a few quiet drinks with just a distant noise of the music. One thing that was also disappointing was the fact that all inclusive stops at 2300. I can understand the reasons for this, but as some bars do not open until 1100, you’re only getting 12 hours of all inclusive daily, which was more frustrating especially as the entertainment didn’t finish until close to midnight with the indoor dance floor.
