Flamingo Beach Mate

Servicio muy bueno. Habitación amplia; sin embargo, baño sin posibilidad de ventilación por no poderse abrir la ventana al chocar con la mampara de la ducha. Recomendamos reservar parking (10€ el día), ya que en la zona es prácticamente imposible aparcar.

We stayed at the Flamingo beach mate hotel in July and had the most amazing holiday. The hotel is absolutely fantastic and we cannot fault it one bit. We booked a studio apartment which was so spacious and clean (room 706). The balcony was massive with our own deck chairs which were great for relaxing on once we had finished by the pool. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There were also always people cleaning and looking after the hotel generally (groundsman etc). Breakfast was delicious- so much choice and the made to order omelettes were great. Also had a wide choice of fresh fruits. We had a BBQ at the hotel pool bar on Saturday which we’d highly recommend as it was delicious and such good value for money. The hotel itself was in the perfect location, right on the beach front but also higher up so you got a nice breeze when sat by the pool. It was also only a 10 min taxi to Los Christianos which was nice as we visited there a couple of evenings for dinner. There were so many lovely restaurants we visited on the evenings for dinner, Almar, La Medusa, Picamir Tapas Bistrò to name a few. We also loved the cocktail bar near the hotel called Qumo - they do the best espresso martini’s! We will definitely be back. We loved our holiday so much and thank all of the staff for making it a holiday to remember.

SCAM BY BEACH MATE ! I wish I had read the scam reviews before I parted with a £500 deposit towards my next holiday at Flamingo beach mate. We were shown around the hotel by a lady called Steph and then Phil took over, we were offered 3 holidays for £1000 each as long as we paid a deposit of £500. The remaining balance was to be paid over 4 months. As I have since returned from Tenerife and read the scam reviews, I have stopped subsequent payments. You will get only 1 holiday for your money. The other holidays will have no availability. I'm not sure how Phil and his gang sleep at night. I will be paying them a visit when I return to Tenerife in March.
