The views on our balcony and complex was the only real positive of our stay unfortunately. We stayed here for 5 nights self catering And we will 100% NOT return! Check in was longgggggg, no real welcome either, safe was £25 euro you get £10 deposit back end of stay. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and our balcony was right in front of the amazing views very good positive! BUT the only one!! Rooms are in need of a refurb, chips, scratches and broken mirror on wardrobe and stains all over the floor, bedding, and towels. 🤢 cleaners came once in the 5 days we was here and they only emptied the bin! I also saw old food on floor which was obviously from its last tenants. Errrr! The beds are ok, but very hard. Bedding was standard but had odd rip and odd little stains on them, I had to use my blanket from home to put on top of the bedsheets. The rooms are really cold, we stayed when the weather was slightly cold had a bad week with rain etc but we found the rooms to be quite cold. Everything needs a deep clean. I had to ask for fresh towels. And no cleaner in site to ask about bedding! The music around the pool is WAY too loud! And my goodness if you want a good nights sleep don’t STOP here you can hear everything. If you don’t want to wake up to palpitations stay way clear from this place the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING! Bar/food we ate once here as we was told the grub was good, so we had bacon buttie was nice, didn’t try anything else though as we don’t really spend much time in hotel as we are out most of the time anyway. Bathroom -shower with waterfall cap and small head, beday- toilet and mirror with hair dryer which smelt like it was gonna set on fire. Living room- big fridge freezer oven hob sink big table 4 chairs tv stand with tv. Like I said we never used any of this as we was hardly in the hotel. Extractor fan needs deep clean. The apartment is massive though suppose that’s a plus! Pull out bed. Rips, holes and stains all over the pull out bed. This hotel needs some investment as it’s got so much potential. Pool area - good but never went in as far to cold, good amount space for sun beds etc. Clientele - rough and ready, youngens off their rocker on *****. You get the picture.

i don’t understand all of the bad reviews on here, because this hotel was lush!! we went as a couple and as someone who is very anxious we felt safe the whole time with security guards at the gate 24/7. Pool was a decent size, rooms were very spacious, only downside was the shower as it floods the bathroom but i always have this issue abroad. Cleaners were round every day, the bar staff were so lovely and made us feel so welcome and the breakfast 10/10. always a little bit of entertainment in the evenings perfect for pre drinks as they’re cheap. Pool party on a friday in the day was so much fun. We had no issues the whole 10 days we were there. let us keep our bags there during the day for our late flight and everything isn’t too far away. aqualand and siam park were a 10 min taxi! evening taxis are abit of a nightmare as gets busy but it’s only a 30 min walk downhill but would defo pay €6-€10 euro when coming back to the hotel from the beach front. Yes it has hills but that’s stated and u can see that and it is worth it for the balcony views. supermarket on site had everything you need!! had a really lovely time and would stay here again

After more than a few visits here, I’m not planning to come back again until completely deaf then I’ll not have to deal with the inane muzak blown out at Spinal-Tap-exceeding-volume12 all day long. Will they stop and consider why the majority of guests are huddled together at the furthest end of the sun deck from the bar? Look up! You’ll see most of us are over 40! No other complaints - yes, it’s up a hill, but that hill was definitely here when you booked it and hasn’t moved since. Shop is good; views are brilliant.

Find some of the reviews on here unfair. Just back from a weeks stay here and I thought it was perfect! There is a wee card on the pillow when you arrive to say if you want sheets changed place it on the pillow and if you want clean towels leave them on the bathroom floor which we done and got fresh towels. My friend did have a bit of bother with her bed but we went to reception and eventually they changed her room. Yes it is up a hill but surly the name gives that away. The views are stunning. The pool bar food is soo good we had bfast/lunch everyday and dinner once, it was all lovely. The staff are friendly chat away. We got taxi down (reception call for you) to beach every night and it was no more than €7. Just got home early hours Tuesday and booked to go back next year.

Don't know what's a matter with some people this hotel is like a 5 star compared to the last hotel we went to in November los christianos checkin bungalows which was the worse 3 star hotel we've been too, We're stayed in room 302 1 bed apartment which is huge lovely and clean with amazing views over the Atlantic,pool area was lovely as to was was the bar area,I really cannot fault this hotel and neither could a few other couples we spoke to and they've already booked to stay here again so overall I do recommend this hotel and I would return The only little gripe i have is they should put on a shuttle bus 🚌 to the beach ⛱️

The place has very mixed reviews. And they are all probably right. This depends on what you're after so read all the reviews carefully. Definitely a mixed bag but with more positives than drawbacks. Firstly that view. When the sun is setting it is beautiful. It's also lovely to sit out on the balcony, even more so if it got the sun on it for more than half an hour. Luck of the draw. Other rooms balconies are constantly in the sun. This view is achieved by being over 600 feet above sea level which is a big hill. That means it's not easy to go for a wander into Costa adeje. You are quite isolated. Either have to pay for a taxi (6 to 8 euros) or drive. You can probably walk down ok but need to be very fit to want to walk back up. It's a bit inconvenient and means you can't just randomly pop to a beach and come back. That walk to reception is particularly awful carrying a case up about 4 flights of stairs. Walking from road back to apartment is still a hill. But it's managable. The downside of driving mean it can be tough to find parking in Costa Adeje but we used the car to go further afield. The apartment itself is huge for a studio. It's quite pleasant. Beds were comfy unlike some reviews. But some stuff is due for renovation. The bedside lamps are rusty and the bathroom door handle got stuck taking 5 minutes of effort to get out of the bathroom. The aircon control had flat batteries but air con itself was effective once I remedied that. Kitchen is basic, given the supermarket on site sells pizzas an oven would have been nice. Only 2 hobs and a microwave. Floors are dirty, you get black feet but overall cleanliness seems reasonable. Cleaning service frequent and for fresh towels. Pool is absolutely freezing at this time of year. Music a bit too loud for chilling out in the daytime. If you're up here for the quieter life then perhaps not. Lovely area with fantastic views from it. Good range of food and drinks. Not the place if you have mobility issues then but it is peaceful with superb views. A little tidy up of some of the tired furniture would transform it as well as a few checks to make sure everything works. And add an oven. You must value a great view and not mind about the inconvenience of being so far away from the beach, shops and restaurants. We've had a good time here.
