We arrived late at night, 11.20pm, a bit later than we should have but either way we would have missed the restaurants. I expected there to be some facility to get something to eat, just a snack, or there to be some sort of snack in the room for when this happens but no, nothing, and the front desk were totally indifferent about the whole thing, pointing to a vending machine on the 4th floor, whihc turned out to be no where near where they said. Couple that with a very tired hotel and no tea-making facility unless you pay for it, made for a terrible first impression. The only bright spot was the pool area, which was never busy so you were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were 3* at best, with beds more hostel than hotel standard. Food was average with the odd bright spot. The room mini bar is not topped up even though we were all-inclusive and filled with quite a few drinks that require a bottle opener, which is not supplied. I did ask to speak to the manager but no chance; the front desk seemed happier that I leave the appropriate review here. This is our 5th hotel in the same area and I can tell you that the H10 Adeje Palace is not in the same league as the others we have stayed in. We booked with TUI, who are looking in to my complaint and did seem genuinely shocked with certain aspects of our stay. This is the very 1st negative review I have left and do not normally bother.
