Der Ort an sich ist sehr schön. Nur zum aeropuerto und corralejo sehr weite strecken dadurch die autobahn noch nicht fertig ist.

On arrival hotel looked very nice reception staff very welcoming first expression of room was nice smell very clean and was happy got changed and went down to snack bar and pool's had snacks had to wait for hot chips burgers being cooked noticed flies around the bread rolls as not covered properly with cling film had hot drinks from machine which was good then got sunbeds and enjoyed few hours resting until restraunte opens later First impressions was ok but food was cold everyday breakfast lunch and dinner snack bar unless you get meat that has just been cooked Xmas day dinner was so so dissapointing turkey but no roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding veg was cold not cooked properly hard carrots etc and all that fish decorations was not for me Puddings same everyday and reused for next day My partner was ill with a gastrointestinal same night after eating chicken and pudding was in bed all day after Overall we like the hotel and the lovely staff was very helpful even the cleaners are lovely but feel there isn't much around the area unless your prepared to walk around 29mins to the shops and back never went to chinese asia garden but believe it's a lovely place

I was dreading coming to this hotel as I booked it late at night and, on the day of travel, I read some bad reviews. When I arrived, it was very late — it’s about a 1-hour drive from the airport — but the receptionist was polite. Kindly, the hotel had left some cold meats, cheese, a mini salad, and water in the room — a really nice gesture I've never seen before in an all-inclusive. The room was clean and had a mini fridge, phone, double bed, hair dryer, and shower. In the morning, I had breakfast. It was okay — the typical bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, and some salads. The pool had enough loungers, but one thing I really loved (my first time at an adults-only hotel) was how chill it was. Pure relaxation. The indoor spa has a sauna, steam room, and a warm indoor pool — all very nice. What I should warn people about is that there’s no real town centre or historic core — just a scattering of tourist shops, a few supermarkets, and some beachwear and souvenir stores. It’s basically just hotels. The beach is beautiful, about a 30-minute walk from the hotel, but it didn’t feel long — actually a great way to burn off some calories. Speaking of which, there's a mini gym with exercise bikes, treadmills, and some smaller dumbbells. It gets the job done. The staff at the hotel are very polite and kind. It’s a very chill place — not a party hotel. If you’re looking for that kind of vibe, this isn’t it. Now the all-inclusive drinks — amazing. Not watered down. Coke is actual Coke, not flavoured water. Huge thumbs up for that. Would I stay here again just to chill? I would. Now the negative points: THE FOOD. Let me start by saying I didn’t get sick or ill. But the food here was bland — and not because it was unsafe, but because it had no flavour. If the manager is reading this: food is a major part of the hotel experience, and this was a huge letdown. Your chefs/cooks need to learn how to season food — with salt, pepper, chilli, garlic, etc. Mexican night had no real spice or flavour. The fish was bland. The lamb was tough and oily. The pizza had so much cheese it was like someone grated an entire block onto it. I think the chefs need to eat out at other hotels and restaurants to understand how to improve. If the food were better, I would’ve given this hotel a 5-star review for the experience. One more thing — the £15 charge to use the spa (sauna, steam room, pool) is a bad idea. Most people have paid for all-inclusive and then get hit with an extra charge. It would be better to just increase the room rate by £1–£2 per night and make the spa access free. Overall: I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a laid-back holiday where you don’t need to leave the hotel. For solo travellers, it’s very welcoming. But if you're a party animal or someone who likes exploring historic towns, this area may not be for you.

I can’t understand the bad reviews of this hotel! We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but don’t let them put you off. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The food on offer is excellent and there’s a wide variety to pick from at both breakfast and tea (we didn’t try the lunch snacks as we were half board). The staff in the hotel are all so friendly and go above and beyond to help if you need anything. The only downside is the hotel is a bit far out but again we knew that when booking and don’t mind a walk, plus the ‘hill’ isn’t exactly a steep one. I’d definitely recommend and would happily visit again

As many at the resort spoke of when we were there, the reviews had been read, and we had mixed feelings about a few. We could not have been more wrong! We and many more cannot fathom why some reviews are so poor. You are paying a very reasonable price for a really decent hotel. We have paid double for a similar experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the bed i found to be one of the most comfy I had stayed in. Some of the food is cooler, but it depends on how long you leave it before going in to eat. There was a great choice for lunch and dinner, and I never had the same thing twice, apart from the great cheese they had. Breakfast is samey, but it's the same wherever you go on holiday and the offering covers everything you want. The entertainment can be cancelled...but only if there is no one interested .. it won't happen if there is no participation. The animation team gave plenty of notice about entertainment on. I personally don't need my hand held looking for my room or the bars etc. It took me a minute to find my room, which was a minute away, and I found all 3 bars within 10 minutes of having a wander. We made loads of friends while there and had an amazing time. There is a great mix of travellers, which made it simple to become groups that go to the bars together and have a blast, especially the Karaoke, which is as good as the people attending who make it. We came expecting a hotel which matched its price but got way more. I think if you are realistic and realise you are on an island of sand and lava rock, there may be some dust cause it is windy. I can also guarantee that if you weren't happy with something and told the staff; they would do something about it, they were really helpful and friendly. We have just returned and it was great. I do agree with the review saying take lounger pegs, it gets really windy! It is also a little out of town up a hill, so that's correct.. but many tell you this. Taxis are reasonable and we could get to the beach in about 20 minutes, the town a bit longer depending where you wanted to go. It made me smile about the comment about the bars opening one after another ... the pool one opens at pool times, the lobby one opens for rexlaing drinks on the terrace until 11pm..and the entertainment bar opens from 9pm, however all inclusive stops at 11 pm. You can pay for drinks after this. Pretty normal from what I have experienced really.. and makes for around 12 hours of drinking if you wanted to. We met lots of people who were like minded and wanted a laugh so we spoke to loads of people and had a great time. Give it a go, its worth the money! If you are expecting a Dubai style hotel, go to Dubai and pay the price. The price point here was very reasonable in our eyes and we loved our stay

This was my first solo holiday and so I decided to just go for 4 nights, and spent AGES looking for the right place. I think I definitely made the right decision going here. From checking in onwards the staff were very friendly and welcoming which is always a good start. The rooms were decent enough, everything worked and I didn't have any problems sleeping, although I do think that they could do with providing another couple of pillows. As I was alone I just used both of the ones on the bed but they were quite flat and so if there had been another person we would have had to ask for more. Also, the air conditioning was fine and mostly not needed on this stay but I can imagine it potentially not being very effective when the temperature goes up in the couple of months. Pool area was brilliant, plenty of sun beds and lots of space so no wars necessary. The food was what you would expect in a 4 star all inclusive hotel. I always found something I liked, there was plenty of options and they changed every day so not repetitive. I enjoyed it, but I'm not overly picky. The entertainment guy I felt a bit sorry for, he tried hard to get people up and involved during the day but I think this is the sort of hotel where people just want to relax and unwind as opposed to playing darts or doing aqua aerobics. The karaoke on one of the evenings, however, was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed, he kept everybody engaged and wanting more. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I would absolutely return, especially as a solo traveller. There were quite a few people there on their own which was quite a relief.

If it hadn’t been for the handful of really lovely people I met here this holiday could have been much worse. Some of the people who were staying at this hotel got on the wrong flight and should have been at Shagaluf! The cheap all inclusive hotel accommodation really attracts the dregs of the Uk barrel! The hotel is not in my option 4 star , 3 at best! The food was mostly cold unless you were lucky enough to catch the chips fresh out of the frier or the meat straight from the griddle. Some of the fish was very badly filleted and full of bones. The “cream of the day “ soup was greasy. The salads, bread and cakes were good though. The pool area was dirty with spilled drink stains and wasn’t cleaned once while I was there. ( only open 10-6 due to life guards hours) My bed linen wasn’t changed during my whole stay. Nor clean towels even when I left them on the floor as per the usual request from other 4* I’ve stayed at. They were just re folded and hung back up! The location of the hotel is a good 30 minutes walk from the beach, that being all up hill on the way back!! The barmaid in the snack bar was very surly and unhelpful ( Not Rosi , she was lovely!!) The snack bar food was inedible, dry looking burgers and hotdogs EVERY day! Costa Calma is not a vibrant place either! Jandia is much better but Corralejo will take a lot of beating.

I stayed here for 5 nights and was extremely dissapointed with the room as it was infested with ants and the cleanliness was appalling. The all inclusive food choices were poor and food was undercooked. It features a small bar as one of its selling points, this consisted of undercooked hot dogs and burnt burgers. The entertainment was nothing short of abysmal and was only on for two of the nights we stayed. We were unsure of where any of the facilities were as we were not guided by the staff. I could not stress enough how disappointed we were with our stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights as a couples holiday and was not impressed by anything. Staff don’t show you where anything is, as we arrived they told us our room number and floor but gave absolutely no guidance to where it was. There was no information on where any of the amenities were, and half of them weren’t even at the resort. It was posted online in pictures that there was a hot tub in the pool, whereas it was never there. We had booked a junior suite. We entered our suite after walking around like headless chickens finding it and it was extremely bare. The floors are extremely dirty. Even after staff cleaning it, your white socks turned black as soon as you stepped on the floor. The pavement outside was cleaner. The suite was infested with ants that were everywhere. Duvet covers were as thin as a piece of paper, may not of even bothered being there. The heating didn’t work on cold nights, blowing out freezing air which the thin duvet didn’t help with. You get one singular long pillow which is hard as a rock, we had to use the decorative pillows to sleep on. Bathroom shower was also inconsistent with the temperature, you set it to cold and it changes between boiling and freezing. They don’t supply you with any water either, considering you cannot drink tap water. The food and bars were also terrible. They stated that there were 3 bars and one restaurant in the resort. It took us 2 days to find the other bars as they are not open until late!! One bar closes for another to be open for 3 hours, so you’re constantly moving around, even just for a glass of water. The choice in drinks was poor, having to pay for branded alcohol. The staff didn’t know their own signature cocktails that were plastered everywhere and could barely speak English so drinks were often messed up. Buffet food was absolutely appalling. Barely any choices as it was mostly the same every night. Food was warm on a good day. Bacon, sausages, eggs and most meats were undercooked/raw. Rice was very undercooked and was still hard. Pasta was very overcooked. The beer tap in the restaurant had white particles come out into the cups and the wine was straight up vinegar. The pool bar consisted of undercooked hotdogs, very burnt burgers, left out cheeses and ice creams which had flies all over and the food was sat there all day. It’s also labelled as a ‘pool bar’ but was more connected to the restaurant than the pool. There was also no water fountains around so if you had missed dinner between 6:30-9:30, after that you were left without a drink. The entertainment being cancelled also meant the ‘disco’ bar was closed so you were left without any water. The vending machines had water in but it always got stuck so you couldn’t actually have access to it. Entertainment was very much a miss too. It was on for about 2/5 nights. It was activities put on a laminated piece of paper on a board with no information on where it was or what times. They often cancelled the entertainment so past 2pm

Lovely hotel … staff brilliant 🥰 I’m back this week !! Had such a lovely time in April 🥰 Cannot believe the negative reviews? Pools are beautiful, Poolside is very safe , rooms .. all u could ask for ! Food .. well I think it’s amazing and soooo much ! U never go hungry! Drinks .. whatever u want 🍾🍺🥂.. I’ve found a little Gem 💎

Not really much to commend this place other than the staff friendlyness. Food was probably the worst I've experinced. Reguritatied and warmed up. Over priced all inclusive from easyjet holidays even with their so called sale proce. Jet2 £200 cheaper a week, but even that is too much.

It’s a good walk to the beach , the food is good quality and tasty . Plenty of both married and soloes so it’s a friendly place. From the reception to the restaurant staff all helpful and friendly . Want an extra pillow ask the cleaning lady sorted in minutes. Maintain came right away . Fully recommend this hotel. Rooms spacious and clean . Pool towels good quality you get from the Spar if not receptionist. The 1 Euro fee for a plastic cup for around the pool drinking is refundable so hand it in the reception when u check out. The wine is the same quality as most local drinks provided hotel which is certainly not the best. Towels we heard they are thread bear , yes they are thin but clean and can be changed daily if you wish . We were told by people single people staying at the hotel don’t go out as due to it being dangerous ? We went every day and saw no sign of this . There are 2bars down the road behind the Hagpad- lloyd sign. And walking past them there is a shop and left before that there is a bar with nightly entertainment all good prices.
