AVOID! Booked for a fortnight. Moved hotel on fourth day. Jet 2 should not recommend this hotel it is run down and poorly managed.on arrival air conditioning wasn’t working and rather than being open and honest they told us it would be fixed. On the third day y was still not working and it transpired it had been like this and they knew about it prior to our departure date. Some guests were informed. We were not. Then there was the dirty floors, ripped curtains, stained floor tiles, minor on the bathroom, crisps from previous occupants or house keeping, faulty window which wouldn’t lock, phones that weren’t working, ripped bed sheets which were not replaced. The hotel offered is two other rooms. The second was looking out onto a skip, was also unclean, the blind was filthy, the third room was atrocious with unit plates hanging loose, wardrobe was disgusting and damp foostie smell rendered it unusable. Then the hotel promised the best room for the third day. Still in the unclean original apartment. Third day we received the welcomed phone call the room was ready. We were given the key to move our belongings. Turns out the promised room had been changed. We were given a room which was being painted while we were supposed to move our belongings in. We contacted Jet 2 and were told we had to pay an additional £1000 to move to an alternative hotel. We also had to arrange our own transportation. We have booked several holidays with Jet 2 and never experienced anything like this. Do not book this substandard 4 star hotel at most it is a 3 star. It needs a good clean and renovated.

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel on jet2, 3.8/5 on trip advisor. My rating would be 2.5-3/5. Positives: Branded drinks on the all inclusive- Pepsi, Pepsi max, tropical beer on draft. Negatives The beds are really uncomfortable and feel like you’re sleeping on cardboard. The air con in the room does not work. We mentioned it to reception who said they ‘fixed’ it. It never went lower than 23 degrees. We know of people who had theirs at 13 degrees!! The swimming pools are freezing! The pools have lose tiles. Apparently there’s always incidents where children are cutting their feet but the hotel refuses to do anything to fix it. There was a few whilst we were there. The all inclusive food was mediocre- no themes each night & same food most nights. Lack of entertainment for the children - 30 minute disco each night except Sundays. Overall the hotel needs a fair bit of TLC. I think jet2 need to reconsider their 4 stars…

For the price paid for a 3 night all inclusive stay it was the best hotel I have stayed in for a short break. Went across the road to bluesea last November and it was not anywhere close to the experience at vitalclass. Staff,food and room all excellent,no complaints at all and would return without hesitation. Also the duck and ribs one night were excellent.

We’ve just left after our third two week stay at the Vitalclass Spa Resort in Costa Teguise. We think it's brilliant! The hotel is clean, well kept, family-friendly and boasts an exhaustive list of facilities - but what sets it apart is its staff - every one of whom is universally pleasant - but in particular the welcoming and helpful reception desk staff - amongst whom the two Antonios, Carolina, Christina, Diven, Santiago and Alejandra. It makes a big difference when all the staff seem thoroughly to enjoy their jobs and recognise you when you make a return visit. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean (you can check out the pics on any of the tour operator web sites) - I suggest going for one overlooking the pools with a balcony and nice view. There are three outdoor pools (two for the kids) and - which was the selling point for the wife - access to a fourth - and 25 metre - indoor heated pool where there are also spa facilities. The meals offer a reasonable choice of food in a clean, roomy restaurant with friendly staff. One two week break slightly overlapped the school holidays. It was nice to appreciate the quiet before the mayhem - but it was clear that the kids arriving later thoroughly enjoyed themselves making the hotel truly family-friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that walking to Costa Teguise centre with its shops, restaurants and beaches is 11/2 mile away but the hotel does provide a free shuttle into town and a bus close by goes to the capital Arrecife. Walking in involves a nice (sometimes windy!) stroll along the coast promenade so on hot days we were glad to have hired a small car for our stay (a snip at £150 for two weeks!). There’s easy and ample parking along the road outside the hotel. Parking in the town itself can be difficult - but we always found space on the C. la Goleta quay opposite the main beach. Would we stay at the Vitalclass again? That’s a no-brainer. We will and we'll certainly be looking forward to coming again. Kathie & Nev, 4102, 25.3.2025

We were a bit nervous about going after some of the bad reviews but needn’t have worried, this hotel is brilliant. Food great, staff great, spotlessly clean. Slightly tired in places but big rooms and good facilities make up for it. Huge choice of buffet and AI drinks good. Would return!

Was devastated when wife booked this place and I looked at the reviews I actually spent months not looking forward to it. Well what can I say the place is amazing. Every day food is different and realy realy nice. Hats off to the chefs. The staff including reception staff are so helpful. Bar and dinning room staff don't stop all day. Grounds and room always clean. Would definitely recommend. Im on my last day today and im gutted
