Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 15.Oct.).
