For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Cascina Vigne", 3-room semi-detached house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. The property is wonderfully situated above the vineyards. The apartments are lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Wow – was für ein Panorama, war unser erster Eindruck. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem Hügel, von Weinberge umgeben, mit herrlicher Rundumsicht. Die mit Liebe renovierten und toll eingerichteten Gebäude sind sehr sauber und lassen keine Wünsche offen. D
