Tea/coffee facilities and a decanter of sherry are also provided. All bathrooms are en-suite & feature a bath with shower, hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Extras include a sofa and free WiFi in all rooms. The extensive breakfast menu, including homemade bread & eggs from the farm, is cooked for you by a Prue Leith trained chef. My wife and I stayed for the weekend. After a long and rainy journey, how wonderful to drive down a country lane and find ourselves in such a hospitable, tasteful and comfortable house. So quiet at nighttime, so beautiful by daylight. Claire went well out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Both breakfast and the service were unsurpassable! We look forward to returning, staying longer, exploring more of both the countryside and nearby historic Chester. Top notch!

We had an excellent 3-night stay at Cotton Farm. Everything about this B&B exuded quality, style and a wonderfully relaxed ambience. Claire was the perfect, smiling host - welcoming, charming, helpful and the provider of superb breakfasts. Our bedroom was spacious, tastefully-furnished and very comfortable - lovely big bed and crisp White Company bed linen! Plenty of places to visit. Numerous pub-style restaurants in the near vicinity which Claire happily gave us guidance on. We will definitely stay there again when we are next visiting the area. Highly recommended.

Amazing peaceful and homely bed and breakfast in a beautiful setting very close to Chester. Host Clare made us feel welcome from the moment she opened the door. Fresh flowers in the bedroom. Spotlessly clean spacious bedroom and bathroom. The garden room has amazing views over the beautiful garden and we enjoyed watching the regular birds including the woodpecker. Everything tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious- homemade granola, nice fruit and lovely cooked breakfast- perfect poached egg (a rare find). Homemade jam and marmalade with toast. We had a lovely walk to the mill after. Definitely will return. Very good value compared to any other accommodation we have experienced.
