Ocean front property in Arizona. Ask about the venue fee! We welcome you and your loved ones to the 7J Ranch. The 7J Ranch is a 4000 square foot, two story home situated on 1.6 acres of enclosed property. It is nestled in the foothills of Mingus Mountain, and our 60-ft deck overlooks Sedona’s Red Rocks. You can watch as they change in the sunlight through the day, from a dusky red in the morning to almost purple at sundown. Our home has the space to comfortably sleep 12 adults. Our home features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a billiards room. Parties larger than 12 adults should inquire about our “Bunkhouse” which provides 4 additional single beds and 2 Adult queens, plus 600 sqft of space at with a refrigerator and microwave at a fixed cost. Our fully-equipped kitchen and grill can handle the most bountiful spreads, and we have indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is ample seating for all to lounge and re-energize. All will enjoy the beautiful Arizona night sky in the private spa and pool—especially after lighting a fire in our outdoor kive fireplace. Complimentary spa heat every day from 6pm-10pm. anniversary getaway 10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Eating outside and BBQ when it cooled off was wonderful. The pool was heaven. Notes for future users: this is a two story house, but we used a car to transport our luggage to the side access by the pool for the lower floor. My mom and dad (79 & 80) weren't keen on stairs and stayed mainly on the upper floor. There are a lot of light switches and it took us a few days to figure what went where. AC is noisy, effective but noisy. Bedroom off the main living area ahould be occupied by a sound sleeper (not my sister lol).Bunkhouse is definitely for kids. We used it for my grown son and DIL, on the lower queen bunk, and with a fan they made do. No windows made for dark mornings. And a great photo op for the whole family. Hornets also like the pool.

Great views! This place had great views from the balcony - the whole group enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings and evenings! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax. There were games available but unfortunately they were all in poor condition and missing pieces. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for us! The property worked out perfectly for our family. Plenty of space and location was convenient. Sunrise was awesome to see everyday with hot air balloons launching from the valley. Pool was surprisingly cold even with the hot days so maybe consider adding heat but this didn’t keep us out of it. Hot tub in the evening was great. Thanks Joe for sharing your property with us!

Great house! This house is made for a good party. Comes with a lot of essentials and has plenty of space for everyone especially the bunk house. We would 100% book here again.

We had a such a great stay! Comfortable, lots of space for all of our guests, nice outdoor seating options, great communication with owner, and we liked the location. Our only issue was that the sports equipment was a bit run down (pool sticks, bags for cornhole, etc).

Beautiful Views This place was nice, Joe helped get the hot tub working when there was a problem. We had 6 adults and one young child under 1 and the place could easily sleep 18. The house is huge and does have amazing views. Only downfall was the jacuzzi was not working correctly for most of our week and it would be nice to be able to pick when to turn on (hot water) at our own discretion other than 6pm-10pm. Sometimes we were travelling and not back until after 9pm so really could use it. House does need some updating and things fixed (bath fan lower master), but other than that this was a great stay and would stay here again in the future. I would also recommend to family and friends for larger groups.

Fantastic Time We had 19 in our group from MN and stayed a week. The place was fantastic and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this place
