It has evolved over time which gives it a cosy but unconventional feel. The Cottage is situated only 150m from the main road but is hidden, with easy access and a wonderful rural view of paddocks, dams and forest.The property comprises 2 buildings. The main cottage and an adjacent 'Lodge' which are surrounded with a fully fenced private yard and tennis court. The gardens are tranquil, a beautiful place to relax in nature whilst being close to the beach and other attractions around Tathra and the region. The Cottage with Lodge sleeps a total of 8 people with 6 bedsThe main cottage is cosy with 2 bedrooms - a queen bed in the large bedroom and two single beds (or combined to a King bed). The kitchen, lounge room and dining area are the open plan hub of the house with a cosy wood fire for cooler months and an optional reverse cycle air conditioner. The bathroom has a bath/ shower, with a separate toilet.The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, Stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, jug, toaster. The cottage has full laundry faciities.The adjacent 'Lodge' consists of a queen bedroom and attached bathroom with shower and toilet and a rumpus/ sitting room.
