Just three minutes’ walk from Littlehampton’s sandy, award-winning beach, it’s a welcoming base for families, friends, or business travellers.🌊 LocationLittlehampton is one of the sunniest seaside towns in the UK. The beach stretches half a kilometre at low tide, and the town centre is a five-minute walk from shops and restaurants. The South Downs National Park is a short drive away, offering countryside walks and the chance to spot ponies.🛏 BedroomsThe cottage sleeps up to five across two rooms. The master has a double bed, ensuite shower, desk, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double below and single above, plus a desk and blackout curtains.🛋 Living SpaceThe lounge has two sofas (one converts to a double bed), blackout curtains, a large OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation, and board games. Fast fibre Wi-Fi runs throughout the house.🍽 Kitchen & DiningThe spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils.
