The Home Cottage is close to England's smallest City of Wells, with trendy Frome, the picturesque village of Mells and the Mendip Hills all close by. Bath (where my boys both go to school each day) is also only 14 miles awayThe cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs.The cottage sits at the end of a rural track surrounded by fields. It's architect designed, newly built, cozy and peaceful with stunning views of the countryside around.Guests can access a series of wonderful footpaths direct from the cottage.We live near Bath and should be available most of the time to help with any queriesA few house rules please:- No smoking- Check-in is after 3pm and check out by 10am- One well behaved dog is welcome; we have wonderful walking. However please not upstairs or on sofas.- Please respect our little cottage. A recently updated 1710 two bedroom cottage with lots of original features including an original wooden spiral staircase. Situated close to Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury and Wells. Also plenty of local places to walk and free tennis court and children’s playground a five minute walk away.The spaceA cosy period cottage. The downstairs is open plan with a newly fitted well equipped kitchen and dining area with a table to seat 4 and an electric radiator. Access to the small enclosed back garden is from the kitchen.The living room area is made cosy with a fire and large squishy sofa with books and magazines to read and relax.Upstairs is accessed by a wooden spiral staircase and rope handrail.Two bedrooms both have double beds and electric radiators.The bathroom has a shower with shower gel and shampoo and electric towel rail.Guest accessAccess to whole property and garden.Other things to noteWoodview Cottage is a non smoking property.
