Milk (in returnable glass bottles) from a small dairy in the Yorkshire Dales (no super herds) along with local Eggs, Butter, Cream and Orange Juice (again in returnable glass bottles) can be provided by our Milk lady, Christine. There are also numerous small Artisan Bakeries, Pâtissier, Green Grocers and other great food and drink businesses in the local area.We realise there is more to do on being sustainable, this is our journey and if you have any ideas on how we could improve whilst staying with us we’d love to hear them.
