Includes 7 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) and a couch and air mattress w 6 baths.The spaceThe property can accommodate up to 8 horses short-term, with 4 dry stalls and 7 paddocks available for self-care. Horses are $25/night/horse or $300/month. The entire property is fenced with with 3-board fencing and a gated entry. For stays over one month, additional cleanings will be provided every 30 days upon request. For shorter stays, additional cleanings can be provided at your request for an additional $80/cleaning at guest's expense.Guest accessGuests have full access to the guest house and the yard. You are welcome to walk the property and meet its many residents (horses, dogs, cats, and chickens). All we ask is that you don’t feed any of the animals without permission. There is also an empty lot next door owned by the neighboring church. We do have permission to use the ball field and walk their trails.Other things to noteOne friendly, well-mannered, house trained dog or cat is welcome with a $25 non refundable pet deposit. Additional pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. Guest is responsible for any damage done by their pet. Please communicate that you would like to bring more than one pet before making your reservation. Please note that while the yard is fenced for large animals (horses), the yard is not fenced to contain dogs. It is highly recommended that your animal remain on a leash at all times outdoors.Up to 4 dry stalls and paddocks available for an additional $25/horse/night or $300/month.
