Also has a "Life Source"- whole house water filter System. Come and be enchanted at Atherton Cottage! The Cottage is set up to accommodate: 2 adults or 4 adults and 1 child comfortably. There is an adult size futon that makes into a bed with a memory foam topper.There is also an inflatable bed available with bedding if needed for an extra guest! The living room Tempurpedic sofa also opens up to a very comfortable King bed with luxury linens,There is an extra charge of $50.00 per person with over two people staying, this charge applies to persons over two years old, per night. Upstairs has a bedroom with a king and twin bed. There is also a day bed in a loft area. Upstairs bath has toilet and sink. Very close to center of town with tons of restaurants, galleries etc. Enjoyable walk to beach and Carmel Mission. Washer and dryer on property.
