Our home is close to Firefly distillery, Riverfront Park and the restaurants of Park Circle. Enjoy a peaceful evening outback on our new deck or in the private back yard. Home also has a coffee bar with Keurig coffee and traditional brew.Park Circle has a brand new $50 Million dollar park and playground being constructed a mile away from the property. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance and concerts can be found at Riverfront Park during the summer months and FireFly Distillery and Holy City Brewing are within walking distance of the home. If you like island living and are seeking a unique romantic get-a-way, you will LOVE our property. With a Caribbean/surfing theme you will be able to enjoy your stay with us in a private setting. Our ADULT ONLY cozy cottage has two rooms but all you need to relax and unwind. The outside area has tropical trees along the pathway to our pool and sun deck for your enjoyment. Music is also an added pleasure around the pool area with outdoor sound system. The garden shower (and only shower) is just outside the cottage doors, completely private and unique as you can see in the photos. Our guests have a private entrance to the cottage on the back of the property. There is a cozy porch with Adirondack chairs for relaxing. Bicycles, Beach chairs, surfboard, and cooler are provided for your beach fun. The property is located behind our home on a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise except for the songbirds chirping in the mornings. Short 10 minute drive to either Folly Beach or to downtown historic Charleston. We have many guests celebrate honeymoons, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and other Charleston events throughout the year. A long list of things to do as well as favorite restaurants are provided by past guests as well as family and friends. Our pool is unheated and located behind the main home and being the only guests, you will be able to enjoy it on your own. We have a strict no-pet policy so please do not ask for an exception. This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road.
