While it is walking distance to the Leelanau Sands Casino (across the street), you can have all the privacy you wish in a cottage with an unbelievable view of the bay. (Guests have remarked how amazing it is to wake up with floor to ceiling windows with a panoramic view of the bay and the sunrise) Please see the map in the pictures on getting to the home. Just doubled the living space with a brand new addition and have completely redone every aspect of the home from the kitchen, bathrooms to outside deck. When you arrive, there is parking available for 2 cars out front. The front door will lead you into the main open floor plan living area of this cottage. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and small appliances for cooking meals. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, as well as seating for your whole group to watch the Roku TV. In the back of the unit, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a full soaker tub and shower. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper products are included in your stay. In addition to the condo, you have access to 400 feet of shared lakefrontage and beach. The shoreline can be a little rocky, so bring your water shoes to get the most enjoyment out of the bay.
