Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed.
