Upstairs in main cottage is a king bed suite with ensuite bath and private balcony. It also has a small futon bed perfect for a child or teen. Just across the deck is a separate, private guest suite with queen bed and ensuite bath. The view from the rooftop deck is out of this world with bay and ocean views - perfect for morning coffee or a sunset drink. The courtyard has al fresco dining, BBQ and a refreshing hot/cold outdoor shower for after the beach or for our "4-legged" guests.Our fees include everything other than state mandated resort tax (12%) or our per stay pet fee ($150).
