This studio unit is situated on 4 acres of peace & quiet, where you will have your own private abode nestled in nature as you listen to the owls hoot! It’s located behind our mom’s house- she won’t bother you, but will be close by if needed! We are pet friendly, just communicate it with the host beforehand- there will just be a small pet fee & pets must be trained. This studio provides a private washer, dryer, smart tv, bonfire pit, newly constructed kitchen & bath, futon, cook top, retro appliances, & queen sized bed.This cottage is located behind a main house, but everything at the rental is privately yours. You will have your own outdoor section & private entrance into your cottage.
