There are Cops on the roads to maintain a strict 25 mph speed limit in Greenwood Lake, 15 mpg at night (no lights).BUGS:For the spring and summer, bring bug spray and keep the windows closed at night. Its suggested to have a Citronella candle close by when eating outside in the evening. WELL WATER:Please do not run dishwasher and washing at the same time. We have a softener system on the water for the house and TDS reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen- so the water from the kitchen faucet should be like Poland Spring! With that said, if you do not like the water you are welcome to bring bottled water - there is a CVS 5 min away that sells spring water gallons for less than $3.This house runs on a SEPTIC SYSTEM.Absolutely nothing can be flushed down the toilet other than bodily functions and toilets paper found in the house.NOTE: We are a pet friendly home, a cleaning fee may be assessed per pet.
