With a current 20-mile round trip experience for residents and visitors, the Trail offers a 12-foot-wide paved path dedicated to pedestrians and bicyclists. Walk through our back gate and you’re on the trail-we supply 2 bicycles, bike locks and helmets. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and relaxed, and the location can't be beat-downtown Port Royal is less than a mile away and offers variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the Sands Beach, and the Cypress Wetlands Boardwalk trail. Paris Island is literally 2 minutes away if you are in town for a military graduation. The historic and remarkable town of Beaufort is a 4 mile drive down Ribaut Road. We've made the most of the interior layout to create a well-appointed little getaway with your comfort and convenience in mind. The completely remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a Lowcountry feast-or use the gas grill in the backyard to grill up some fresh seafood-we’ve got some great recommendations and insider tips for shopping in our house guide. We have a fully stocked Laundry room, and provide have everything you might need for the beach: In addition to a South Carolina State Park pass that gets you free admission onto the wonderful Hunting Island, we provide beach towels, beach toys, folding chairs and a beach umbrella. Hunting Island is a 25-minute drive and a trip back in time through beautiful St Helena Island.
