Nice breakfast, clean rooms

El lugar estuvo bien, la cama cómoda, pero la tele en algún momento se trabó y no se podía apagar ni desconectar. Lo cual era un problema por la luz que emitía. El servicio la primera noche estuvo bien, pero la segunda uno tenía que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que alguien apareciera en la recepción. Un poco desesperante y problemático si uno tiene prisa. La Ubicación es regular, pero acorde al precio, así que en ese sentido no tengo queja real.

It was part of our Paris Olympic package, otherwise wouldn't have considered. All in all it was a good hotel. I like that it was secure with a gate and we could park right in front. It was up a level but there was an elevator. The ladies at the front desk were all amazing. Nice and helpful. The man who was there at night and usually the next morning was very rude. He needs a lesson in customer service, not that it would make a difference, but...They called a cab for us several times, so convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance as they only do breakfast, although we took a cab. There is a store out the back gate. They do breakfast which was good, plenty choices. There is a small bar and lounge area. There are many other places in Paris but all in all it was an adequate hotel.

The hotel is located 20 mins walk from closest Metro, although we did discover a closer train station for the L line at Courbevoie, which was useful. Its a quiet, mostly residential area, out of the city's madness! Such a friendly welcome from reception, and the area was clean and bright The room is relatively small, which I expected, the shower room is on the small side too and the door didnt close. But both were clean, there was a tv and small clothes hanging area. It couldve done with a room safe, and theres also no tea/coffee making materials but I already knew this so brought my own. Theres soap and shower gel, nothing else so bring your own. Breakfast was great! Nicest scrambled egg I've seen at a hotel buffet, its usuall dry. Nice selection on bread and pastries too. No toaster that I could see. It was an expensive stay due to it being Olympic time, but its a reasonably priced usually. Be aware of the walking required to get into Paris (there are bus stops closer, but we were happy to walk). Courbevoie istelf has everything you need, restaurants,shops etc, lovely Japanese restaurant close by. All in all a good stay

There were bed bugs... they accused me of bringing them in on my suitcase which sorry but I'd only arrived that day, directly from the airport and I think the commune of bed bugs was well established ... bien etabli! They did move my room but as above accused me of having brought them in. I really didn't sleep for the rest of the trip except with a scarf wrapped around my face and a raincoat on! It's not acceptable for such a huge chain to have bed bugs and my case should have been investigated immediately (I got the feeling it wouldn't be). Cleanliness was really so-so and I know they would have been spotted if cleanliness was up to scratch. I, like the other person who experienced this, was also terrified I might have brought them back with me. Des punaises de lit vivent ici! Evitez ici si vous voulez les eviter.

Sweet bugs is the new sweet bed by ibis. I got bedbugs bites during the night. Bedbugs on the 4th floor. No refund. I was told that I would get another room. Only the loyalty points were refunded that is to say 40€. I had to get rid of all my personal belongings. I complained to the accor group customer service. I am scared and just hope that I will bring it back home.

Rooms are okay but too small 2 rooms of 4 have a non working air conditioning and no mange to fixed it :( Staff are good and trying to support No one answer your calls in the recognition Near by the metro station and this was a real positive one, connecting you with whole Paris

Room was small but acceptable for the price. A 15min walk from Esplanade de la Defence metro, located in a quiet neighbourhood with a few schools nearby. The toilet had a bad smell but the staff sorted it out after we complained. Basically what you would expect from a budget hotel.

This will be a full experience review incl. transportation to and from the hotel and surrounding amenities. Taking a train from CDG to La Defense was fairly easy to decipher. We elected to walk to the hotel since we didn’t have a ton of luggage and it took about 45 minutes. Alternatively you can try taking a bud or the L train which can reduce your walking time to about 15 minutes. An Uber is about 20€. It is my first time staying at an Ibis hotel. Entry was a bit confusing given that there are two similarly named hotels next to each other. When we were greeted, it was done quickly and courteously. We did not opt for the available breakfast nor did we ever step foot in the attached restaurant as there are plenty of great places around. The reception area is small but still fairly trendy with modern style furnishings and work areas. Like the other French hotels we stayed at we were only given 1 access card. A second would have been nice. The room was small as most in Paris are, but you didn’t come to Paris to sit in your room. There was a small TV, an enclosed bathroom with a small toilet and small stand up shower. The hot water NEVER stopped and the water pressure was great. They cleaned and restocked the bathroom daily so you don’t have to worry about that. The bed was comfortable enough and can fit 2-3 people comfortably. There was also a small TV. Unfortunately we had a view of the apartments behind the hotel and not of the river. Would have been nice for or honeymoon but can’t complain too much. The walls are admittedly fairly thin as we couldn’t always hear what our neighbours were up to but sometimes you could hear louder TVs or the washrooms being used. Access to all our daily activities was easy. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby just across the bridge on the island. Keep in mind restaurants work a little differently in Paris, tips are usually included in the price of the meal and they close in between lunch and dinner. Dinner service starts at 7pm. Smoker? Enjoy cigars here and there? There’s a Tobacco shop on the island as well open from 8am-8pm. Further past the island there is a beautiful rich neighbourhood you can walk through with plenty of shops and greenery. La defense is essentially a main station and you can reach most if not all of the activities of the city from there. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again given it’s fair price, accessible location and quieter area.

Very nice hotel, nice staff (especially the lady in red hair at the reception 🥰). Incredibly friendly service in the hotel restaurant (Alyona - a beautiful and very nice lady from the bar service - thanks to her our stay gained light and thanks to some of her great behavior - she will know what's going on 😘) we had a very nice time at dinner. Overall great stay - only downside was Housekeeping who, despite being labeled "clean me up", didn't. We waited 3 days for the first change of bed linen or towels, then we had to go down to the reception ourselves and clean towels and toilet paper. The rest. Great and we'll probably meet again next year 🥰🥰 We kiss and greet Alyona 😘🥰😍

Very good value for money. It's a budget hotel and yet..a,very pleasant surprise for us. First: the location: Great! Just few minutes from metro and takes you to the center directly (M line, if remember well.) Second: the staff Positive people working their job very good. Third; the rooms not to big, but convenient All together, would come back The hotel is not in the hearth of Paris, but, being near to the metro line is a huge convenience.
