酒店很不錯，很乾凈，早餐也不錯的。性價比很高，在巴黎這個價格不錯的。就是房間小了點。3個人住有點擠，沒有拖鞋。

酒店地理位置便利，叫UBER容易定位，周邊步行距離好幾家餐廳，樓下就是超市。房間不大，衞生整潔，床品舒適，服務人員友好。

Their lobby can get crazy in the morning since their breakfast area is also in the same area given that their lobby is kinda small. Their room is updated, clean and also small. We had quite a struggle in their weeny closet. We had problems with their sink but thankfully the hotel was able to send someone to fix it even at past 8:00 pm. They only provide one square pillow and their bed is a big high but comfy.

Althought the check-in experience as very good, that's sadly where it ends. The rooms was small (typically Parisien small, I get that) but none the less it was functional. I reported a problem with my air conditioning being set permanently to hot to the front desk. The person I spoke to was extremely dismissive, and basically told me they cannot do anything about it. The setting are locked and everyone's room will be the same! He didn't offer to come and check, or find me another room. It was gone midnight and I was unable to sleep as it was so hot in my room! I had pre-paid for breakfast in my rate. The breakfast offering was shocking. Very little left, bread to toast, and no toaster. Only 3 hot items, all of which had no description (very little care for allergies!) and some fruit, yogurt, cheese, that was about. There was loose leaf tea with no tea pots! Most tables had not been cleaned since the last guest and the ones remotely worth sittting at were missing cutlery. One of the staff members was putting more pastries out with her bare hands, no hygiene considerations at all. I arrived for breakfast around 1 hour before it finished but clearly they just had a large group in who had consumed a lot and the staff could not be bothered to replace it and simply started putting things away around me whilst I was eating. When I checked out, the reception team member asked how my stay was, I told him about the issues and he simply said "I'm sorry about that" and no question was there anything he could to make it right. I forget this is not Hilton in that sense! Really poor experience over and so disappointing for a chain I usually know and love.

Far below expectations, the hotel is not even four stars. Expensive room prices and the rooms are like holes. They only have good heating and hot water. It is far from the center, although you know this before you book it, but the metro is very convenient, which is about five to ten minutes walk away. For walkers, the Elysee is also about 5 to 6 km away. Also, the breakfast is from mediocre to terrible with few choices and poor service from the employees, they all seem to be working hard, from the restaurant to the reception. Fortunately, some speak a little English, not all, because some also have a French blaze style. The hotel also has a menu for dinner. On relatively good occasions, I ate a burger only once, not the one with the duck, and I can say that it was unexpectedly good. The cleaning ladies are rude, I stayed for five nights and they never changed the sheets and towels, not even the towels, they should have changed them. Also, the bottom sheet was dirty from the first day and they never changed it no matter how many times I told them. Finally, the room I mentioned at the beginning is so small that there is no room to put your suitcase, open it and not bend down. It also has a very small wardrobe with minimal hangers and a small empty fridge. Also, the room on the side of the road, which is basically a small avenue, and there is a lot of noise from the houses opposite every night. The area where the hotel is located has nothing special, just a lot of skyscrapers that are offices and a couple of good, expensive hotels. In the end, I was very dissatisfied with the hotel and it was below my expectations and I do not recommend it to anyone.

This was our assigned hotel for a bus tour and we stayed extra time on the front end of the tour plus returned at the end of the tour. Great location across the Siene with a 10 minute walk to the Metro that takes you straight into the heart of the city using line 1. The hotel was clean, the rooms modern, on the small size because of Europe but large enough to just turn around, the beds were super comfy but extremely high off the ground, the bathroom was a really good size, the breakfast plenty with a variety of choices, staff friendly and helpful. The only con on this hotel would be the front steps to lug your suitcase up. There was a handicap lift but I never saw it in operation. The front steps were manageable. We also requested a sack breakfast since our departure was so early and that was a nice touch. We also had the opportunity to eat dinner in the restaurant and both occasions the meal was very good, especially after a long day of seeing the sights. Highly recommend.
