Coventry South (A45)

Very comfortable and clean, with friendly and welcoming receptionist. The bed was as comfy as advertised and the soundproofing must be good as we were undisturbed all night. We didn’t bother with the WiFi as there was such good mobile broadband reception there. Handy location for the NAEC and for visiting Coventry.

Having recently been bereaved, I booked a room at this PI whilst I started to clear my father’s house. I paid £146 for a room - a large amount - but I hoped for cleanliness, basic comfort and a bit of peace. I checked in at 4.30 and was directed to a family room. That was alright but then I noticed a flimsy partition door with a bolt separating me from next door. Shortly after I was in there, I realised there was no soundproofing and I could hear everything my neighbours were doing and saying and vice versa. Fine for a big family but not for absolute strangers. I felt totally self conscious when showering, using the facilities and making a cup of tea in the night as I was afraid I’d wake them up. At 4.30am, I fear I did. I’ve paid to hire a room to feel comfortable in and get respite, not to be made to feel awkward and pay through the nose for it. As a previous customer said, it was none too warm either. I like a PI and I generally have a very good stay. This time, I didn’t and felt exploited. Good sleep guarantee? Hardly if you’re essentially staying with strangers.

GReat hotel, stayed many times, always provides great service. Staff are great, rooms are clean and sleep is always great. Breakfast is a joy. The staff are welcoming and always helpful. It is a nice hotel to stay at when in Coventry. Close to the city and local features. I have stayed here many times and can say truthfully it is always great value for money and a good experience.

The Service recieved from Holly at reception was perfect. She was very friendly and welcoming and checked us in very fast and with ease, she was very helpful and recommend some loval places we could visit for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and we had a lovely night sleep, we highly recommend the hotel for the cost and location if you are near by.

We really enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Coventry South. Holly on reception was first class, we were greeted with a smile and were swiftly checked into our room. Holly was very helpful and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

This is a good quality hotel. We were on the bottom floor, but it still felt very secure, as there was a lock to get into the building, then our hallway, then our room itself. it was a 2 single bed room. The beds were clean, the desk was clean, the toilet was nice, the shower was good as the shower tempreture gauge was good as well. unlike other hotels, where it is either just hot or cold
