This is my 3rd time in this resort, this resort has become a nightmare for me on this trip. They have lost their credibility. Just good behavior will not overshadow there lackings. The room condition, the washroom and the water system is the worst of all. Just praying to somehow spend the night to leave this resort. Complained 6 time with the same problem, no water no water no water. At 2 am I suddenly found myself without any water in the restroom taking a lou, just think how would u feel. This has become a nightmare instead of a relaxing tour. I spent the previous night in Ramada so it has been a really really a bad idea for me to choose this resort for the next night with almost the same price range.

I have stayed in their Superior Deluxe Suite. Room was so spacious and full of amenities. Their morning breakfast was good too. During ramadan they don’t give buffet but the amount and items they will serve will be adequate. I have liked their infinity pool a lot. Location is good too. About 25-30km from dolphin point. Lot of CNG auto rickshaws are available from there. But their lunch and dinner menu are expensive. Good thing is that you will get a traditional Bangla restaurant near this resort. Overall my stay was nice, calm and relaxing.

Room price is higher then their room quality. After interred the room I just put my luggage and their is no space for walking. And also I found door safety locks are broken and the balcony window door lock is broken. I felt unsafe while I slept. And also when I reported that everything there front of house people never responded that much. After I called so many times they come and fixed the safety lock. And the window one still broken. So when I reported to them didn’t answer anything. *Bad experience with that much of pay * no smile ,no coordination.

I always love to travel cox bazar , and mostly I always try new hotels in cox bazar. So that I get to know about all hotel facilities……. Rooms is clean and with good service… food also good and near by area also very good looking. Enjoy my stay ……..

DERA Resort is one of the beautiful resorts in Cox's Bazar. The location of this resort is very beautiful and the environment of their rooms are very nice. The overall service quality was satisfactory and specifically the support and hospitality of the staff was remarkable. The evening scenario inside the resort was amazing and I enjoyed a lot in my two days stay

DERA Resort is one of the beautiful resorts in Cox's Bazar. The location of this resort is very beautiful. nice, serene environment. Staff behaviour is very good. One of the beauties of this resort is their swimming pool and sitting area next to the pool. Their restaurant environment and food quality are very good. On the other hand, their food prices are a bit high. Their rooms are very nice. And the sea can be seen very well from the room.

Their management confirm my booking for presidential villa from 5th to 7th july with advance payment. But on 24 june they refused to provide us the presidential villa due to their higher authority which is totally insane and ruin my vacation plan.
