Fantastic location that is right off the main drag but far enough away from the noise for some quality sleep. Also: great, authentic, mom & pop restaurants walking distance from the Hotel Cacao Spa... I saw people eating at a fast food burger joint on the Benito Juarez Park; I'll never understand that. The owner and staff are warm, friendly, professional and courteous. The hotel has an in-house massage therapist who is a world traveler, Italian and basically a PHD in health, biomechanics and massage therapy. Cacao is the perfect place for a comfortable accommodation, in pure Mexican style. It is located in the city center, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Inside it has a beautiful spa where you can receive beauty and wellness treatments, with very competent staff. Aesthetically pleasing, I recommend it to those who want a comfortable accommodation and very close to the sea and the main port.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, muy céntrico, con vista parcial al mar, a 2 cuadras del centro excelente opción para hospedarse cerca del centro sin necesidad de alquilar vehículo ya que puedes estar caminando. Alberca muy cómoda y Lucy y Gloria super amables!!! Y sobre todo super cerca del ferry

Ottimo albergo in posizione centrale, accogliente e pulito. Ho avuto il piacere di provare i massaggi al viso, e devo dire che sono stati un vero toccasana! Non solo hanno attenuato le rughe, ma hanno anche visibilmente tonificato la pelle. Inoltre, i massaggi al corpo eseguiti da Marilena, un'abile professionista, sono stati piacevolissimi. La sua competenza e il suo tocco hanno migliorato notevolmente l'idratazione della mia pelle, lasciandomi una sensazione di leggerezza e vitalità. Grazie! Spero di tornare in Messico e soggiornerò sicuramente all'Hotel Cacao!!
