Cradle Mountain Hotel recensioner

The hotel is very close to cradle mountain visitor centre and there are board walks within the hotel which are good spots for star gazing if you don’t fancy driving out to cradle mountain in the middle of the night. But breakfast is very average

Very nice hotel in Cradle Mountain, less than 5 mins drive to visitor centre for national park bus and entrance ticket. Need to book 6 months earlier to secure rooms. Hotel breakfast and dinner are great.

Absolute bliss of a stay with immense natural surroundings — right out of the balcony. Very nice “Wilderness Walk” in front of the property and tons of parking spaces.

A convenient location for spending a night in Cradle Mountain. The hotel is a bit dated but all the necessary amenities are there. Check out time is a bit early but I guess it suits most people as they want to rush to see the scenic spots of the mountain.

Room is good size. Has a tiny balcony to see the outside which is nice. Free washer and dryer is a big bonus. Breakfast spread is good. Overall a good stay.

Very week and poor with the wall mounted heater ventilation during the winter period (0 degree), how come with this kind facilities provided for us as we come from South Asia guests.

It was raining all the way on the drive to the hotel, so it was great to arrive at a nice hotel. The room was not super modern but it was clean. As it was still raining, we enjoyed the comfortable lounge areas with a fireplace outside the room, to do some reading and catch up with other travellers. The buffet breakfast which was included was excellent. The hotel is a short drive to the visitors center where you can catch the shuttle bus (for a fee) to Dove Lake.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Love the location where is between mountain and trees. Great fireplaces.

Everything is great. Hotel is beautiful and cozy. Breakfast good to eat.

The hotel is quite near the Crady Mountain, if you make a trail walk to the Dove Lake must better to stay there, there only one restaurant at the hotel, so there is no choice to go outside for dinner, but the food is ok!
