Stunning views and amazing staff that catered to all our needs. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered great views of the Swiss mountains. The breakfast offered was one of the best I have tried. This hotel is a must-visit if you are in Crans Montana.

This is a gem of a hotel in Crans Montana. They have a wonderful team that makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. The views from the rooms were breathtaking (make sure you select Mountain View, it’s worth it). The food at the bistro was delicious and carefully prepared. Finally, the facilities are top-notch - the heated pool, the sauna, and the hammam.

Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is really nice. The design is beautiful. Very rustic and modern. The rooms are beautiful. They are also spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities are really nice. The food and drinks here are great too. Amazing place to stay.

This place is a true gem. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced the level of service we experienced here. The Bear Suite is a must. Lovely and elegant accommodations-our party did not want to leave. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning. We enjoyed dinner both nights at Le Bistrot de Ours. The aperitifs were spot on and the food was incredible. Service was impeccable. You must do the wine tasting in the wine cellar. Very informative and a unique experience. Nicolas was a joy! Every employee we encountered was extremely attentive, anticipated your needs and incredibly helpful. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for an incredible experience and stay!!

The quality of the accommodation, the food and the service was amazing. The staff were all lovely and they made our stay very special. We would highly recommend staying here and we would happily visit again.
