Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences

We stayed here for a week with our children and we had an unforgettable stay! The staff is very friendly, smiley and helpfull. The hotel manager and the owner are very present and you can feel their is a good atmosphere at this place. We had lunch or diner every day in the restaurant of the hotel. The view is stunning, very good food and their is a lot of choice. The Spa is spacious, it was really nice to enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam… after our skiing day. They offer free limousine service to everywhere in the village. The drivers are very friendly and helped us with the skis and dropped us at ski lift. We loved staying here and we are looking forward to come back!

I am writing this review on the food part of the hotel. First off let me say that I have been going to Guarda Golf for years with my family! We absolutely love having a lunch there as there is an amazing terrasse and their lounge menu is very good. We have always had a 5 star experience. Today was not that experience I was used to. At first we were delightfully welcome by the reception team as usual. As we got downstairs to the restaurant I felt right away that something was wrong and that as we were last minute guests, I felt like we were disturbing things. So the restaurant welcome was already quite off. We were placed on the beautiful sunny terrasse. The waitstaff was unusually long and quite below the standard I was used to from this hotel. I must say the food was still a very high quality, so that is still very good! Then as we were finishing our meal, a fight started between the waiters. This is extremely unprofessional and should not happen visibly in the hotel. I thought this would last 1-2 minutes but it lasted at least 10-15 minutes and during that time no one came to clear our table and offer us coffee or desserts. So I went inside to pay as we were a bit fed up of this situation and I paid and even then the waiter didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. No apologies for this uncomfortable situation. As we exited the restaurant the fight still was happening with a few tables left to be served. They need to fix their problems quickly.

The Hotel made our first visit to crans Montana a truly memorable one, the staff in all departments were great, reception and concierge were very acomedating and helpful and always with a beautiful smile.the rooms were very spacious and ours had a beautiful terrace on the golf course.staff were very nice to our kids and offered to play the movie at the private cinema for them. Food was really nice and tasty. We will defiantly be coming again to this hotel.

The most friendliest and kind staff I have ever encountered. Very happy with their serious attention to detail. Hoteal has a great location, and great services. Probably the best hotel to stay at Crans Montana, and I am excited to return again.

Great place, fantastic room with a breathtaking view on the mountains (Dent Blanche) and very friendly staff. Great breakfast by the way in front of the same panorama... Sadly we could afford no more than 2 nights :))

Guarda Golf in Crans Montana is a golden find. The staff are courteous from the point of arrival, graciously catering to every need. In our case it was a graduation stay for brothers and staff went out of their way to shuttle, drive, provide bottled water and even opened the breakfast early to accommodate guests. In particular we would like to highlight the solid wood used in the rooms and tidy bathroom. Leopold our driver for much of the duration of our stay was insightful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful person indeed. We very much enjoyed talking to him during rides. Five was a brilliant restaurant worth trying for its excellent cuisine and fish especially. Large wine selection for a small hotel. The front desk and luggage services are also very much appreciated.
