Sleeps 8. Recently converted spacious single storey barn with four bedrooms and full wheelchair access. Located in a rural position on the Shropshire border between Clun and Bishops Castle. Furnished to a high standard, with two king sized bedrooms each with their own large en suite wet rooms, a third king sized bedroom and a single bedroom with an additional pull out bed, sharing a separate wet room. Open plan kitchen/lounge with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, free WiFi, wood burner, BBQ and many thoughtful extras. Perfect peace in Shropshire
We travelled to England to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and wanted a place to get away that was accessible. The cottage was perfect for us, we loved the countryside and the peaceful luxuries in the cottage. Matt was a wonderful host, providing us with good local food suggestions as well as some fresh food staples when we arrived.
We also appreciated all the literature about the surrounding areas. We would definitely return if we can, as it is really well set up and laid out for anyone.
We highly recommend staying here.

Great stay
We had a great stay at Matt’s property. The location was great and the barn was clean and well equipped. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. If we were in the area again we would happily stay at the barn again.

Weekend away
We stayed here with kids, grandparents and dogs. We had a lovely weekend, there was plenty of space for us all, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely come again

Beautiful accessible accommodation
We had a fantastic 2 weeks staying in this stunning 4 bedroomed extremely spacious accommodation, Having two large wet rooms was an added bonus. Situated in the beautiful Shropshire hills with only sheep for neighbours.
Would highly recommend this property to anybody, particularly those looking for accessible accommodation.
Matt could not have been more helpful, always at hand if needed.

Peaceful rural location, beautifully furnished
Met with family from Wales to celebrate special anniversary. Welcome and info from Matt was excellent, couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings and outside area to enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ and a G&T in the sunshine. Inside is tastefully decorated to a rustic but smart country style with nods to the barns original use. Ideal for everyone as set on one level with walk in showers. Cosy comfortable and spacious. Would love to come back! Thanks Matt :-)

Friends & Family Birthday Celebration
We stayed here for my husbands 'big' birthday. Wonderful location and beautiful barn. The pooches didnt want to leave! Perfect for coming together with loved ones. Fabulous walks and perfect for chilling on the decking listening to birds and watching wildlife. Barn is well equipped, spacious, lovely fireplace and host very welcoming and helpful.

Stunning location and beautiful property
Matt hide away in the Shropshire Hills was the perfect weekend excape for our multi generational and mixed mobility family group the area is breathtaking and the property was immaculate and the host Matt was a absolute Gent with fantastic communication throughout and flexibility. A super property and a super host.

Beautiful secluded getaway
Matt’s house is stunning. It is fitted out to a very high standard with beautiful decor. The huge garden sweeping dow to its own stream was a dream for our kids and dogs. Matt had great communication with us throughout and was very accommodating. We would definitely visit again.

60th birthday celebrations
8 of us in our 50s to celebrate a 60th birthday. What a fabulous place. Beautiful, peaceful and perfect for us all to have an amazing weekend together. Stunning place. Nothing was too much trouble for host Matt. Lovely man. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
