Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms equipped with microwave which was useful. Suggest to install bidets in toilets.

早餐很棒 房子很安靜 基本用品有 就是你得自己問前台要牙刷和拖鞋 不然是不給提供的 早到了一小時 不能提前入住 愣是到下午才行 服務冷冰冰 主要是為了考試定的這個位置 吃飯不太方便 不好點外賣 旅遊不要訂這裏

價錢偏高，酒店中規中矩，但是方位好，在學校uwa附近，適合參加學校活動，離市中心也不遠，如果有車就很方便

酒店環境很不錯，距離國王公園和著名打卡地藍房子都很近。向酒店預訂了車位，25一天，還是很方便的。面對大海的房間非常舒適，設施比較新也很有現代感，還有中文服務，很滿意。衹遺憾自己把一瓶隔離乳落下了😢

位置在西澳大學對面靠海，小小的酒店，停車格非常不足另外要額外付錢，房間幾乎沒有設施，牙刷都要跟櫃檯拿拖鞋不會提供。只能說這個價格來說偏貴。

説實話真的有夠無語，付了1400+才定到這家酒店的基礎房？！為何這麼貴，酒店是找小紅book買了水軍嗎，到處是推薦這家酒店的帖子，我真的不理解，我花同樣的錢住洲際或者pan pacific這類型的酒店不香嗎？ 講一下這1400+的房間有多少不合理之處 1. 提前四五小時打電話，酒店説停車位已經訂滿了！其實到酒店發現地下還有車位，但已經把車停到了街邊的停車位 2. 沒有拖鞋、牙刷、浴帽任何備品，攜程上描述及其不準確，攜程上明顯寫了提供拖鞋等物品 3. 默認給1樓的房間？離快車道近，有車經過的時候相當吵 4. 説是含早飯其實衹含有continental breakfast，沒有熱食，還需要另外花錢點，早飯的咖啡居然就是膠囊Nespresso……甚至沒有正常的咖啡機 5. 前不着村後不着店，附近無超市餐廳任何基礎設施，吃飯最後還是叫了Uber eats 衹能説非常非常非常不推薦，別信社交媒體，同樣的價格完全可以住市區五星。這個酒店更像是UwA的招待所。

這間酒店很新，裝修好有風格。我們訂了湖境房有個大露台可以直望湖邊境色，晚上可以睇星星。行10分鐘就到藍小屋，很方便。但附近沒有餐廳商店。飲食不方便。

河景房，遠遠能看到city，酒店是新裝修，看得出房間設計比較考究，用料都很好，厚重的門，銅質外觀的五金件，日式的茶具餐具，房間雖然不算大但是配備了置物架，空間反而顯得很充裕，服務生和前台都友好貼心，總體不錯，在perth算性價比極高了。 槽點：水槽太小，洗臉要湊在龍頭邊上；走廊是開放式設計，有一晚風特別大，整夜呼呼吹着房門難以入睡；早餐選擇不多而且食物品質有待提高。

環境很好，距離大學很近，國王公園走路有點遠，不過一路風景很好，值得走走看看，設施服務也不錯的，就是窗户都關着，馬路聲音太響…

酒店鬧中取靜，房間雖然不大，但設計巧妙，設施新，住得他挺舒適的。餐廳衹有早餐，味道還不錯。希望未來可以開晚餐和下午茶，否則這麼好的環境可惜了。
