In the hamlet Mas de Costes 2 km from the centre of Crayssac, 3 km from the centre of Espère, 12 km from the centre of Cahors, 4 km from the lake, 3 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 5 ha with trees, swimming pool fenced (13 x 7 m, 25.04.-17.10.). Outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km. "Le Mas de Costes (CRY400)", 6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Studio with 1 french bed and shower/WC. Small kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
