環境不錯，早餐還行，就是冷食太多。隔壁有家土耳其披薩店，還可以。對面有家一寶壽司點，温州老闆，還算熱情。

we arrived to the hotel in late afternoon, i was very tired, and the hotel accomodations were very good, we were able to refresh nand rest before dinner. Thefornt desk lady was not very flexible, but we had an overall great stayed, Nicola helpus armodify a reservation since we couldnt called directly , and he was very nice and professional. the hotel facilities are very good, i didnt eat breakfast ther so i cant say how it was, but there were pastires and coffie and tea in the lobby, very nice, also tey have an area with desk, were you can have a meeting or eat or play cards. there were bathroom in the level below very good and clean. I a happy i styed in my road trip there. I thank you Nicola!

For business in Vicenza. I spent three nights. I wish AC Marriott would have these standards in the U.S. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding. The hotel restaurant, for dinner, is superb. No need to go out to look for a place where to eat. Awesome property.

Another good AC in Italy - attractive rates, clean, free (and enough) parking, rooms have all you need for a short stay and friendly helpful staff. On a side note - AC hotels have become a trigger for us to go see placse in Italy - such as Vicenza. The only thing (also common to all AC in Italy we know): houskeeping tends to be rather loud in, for our taste, too early hours on weekend days.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were nice, bathroom was clean and room was clean. The negative is walls are thin and air didn't work but wasn't needed. We just opened the window and it cooled the room off. We would definitely stay again.

I would stay here again! Excellent location! Bed very comfortable, room well appointed, contemporary decor with amazing view. The Front Office Manager was very welcoming and made my stay a breeze right from the beginning! A very personalized experience throughout my stay and all staff were very pleasant! I will recommend and stay here again when ever I am in Vincenza!

This is both a very nice hotel, and a super value. However, although it is only a couple of miles from city Center. It can take more than 20 minutes and almost €20 to get there depending on traffic. The gym could use some heavier weights. Otherwise, it’s great.

I’ve stayed here twice, once pre pandemic and this time. Some of the more negative reviewers are right about a couple of things - it’s not the most picturesque part of town and it’s on a main road - you do hear corridor noise and noise between rooms if others are loud and inconsiderate. But It’s very reasonably priced The rooms are very clean, quite modern, compact and well fitted out The beds are clean and really comfortable with proper pillows There’s a little gym with a nice view The restaurant is good - super good for a hotel restaurant The staff are all lovely and speak good English ….and it has a really nice feel despite looking a bit boxy from the outside The location is great for the convention centre If you explore the area behind the hotel there are trails & cafes etc a walk or run away It’s about 15Euro each way for a cab to town There’s a bus that runs past the front on a circle loop from central Vicenza

The property itself is fine overall with an OK location if you have wheels. Staff are excellent and sleep is good. The in-room coffee (Deluxe rooms only I believe) does great coffee but the machine is too large for the space and too high to see how to operate it without having to lift the whole thing out ... a very awkward system (Caffitaly) in spite of good coffee. The biggest issue was how their internet system was down for my 2 days which started 2 days earlier on a Friday. Apparently their head office in Spain gave up on Friday to fix this problem, leaving management and guests with a disaster with no internet access for the whole weekend plus the following Monday. How sad that AC Hotels has no regard for their guests to ensure that internet is working ... totally unacceptable approach to this significant problem which almost all guests rely on having as part of their stay ... to allow this to take some 4 days to fix is absurd and looks very bad on AC hotel chain ... tsk, tsk. Breakfast is pretty good but on the expensive side for what it is ... but reasonable with Marriott food credit for status customers. Parking lot and entrance is totally weird like a demolition lot ... needs to be fixed up.
