Hotel les Suites - Domaine de Crécy

We stayed here for one week to play golf with the family. Plus: Nice golfcourse. Minus: buggy's (broken, not charged etc), restaurant (very expensive!) and dull breakfast,. We booked a suite, got a junior suite etc. Nice building but poor management.

Excellent stay in a lovely location, Very quiet settings but easy access to other locations. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely golf courses where you have the opportunity to learn. Near to parrot world which is in walking distance. Car is a must due to location.

Arnold Palmer would be disgusted with the customer service at the golf club. Utterly appalling. The design/layout of the course is excellent, however, the entire course is overrun with weeds and all greens were peppered with pitch marks, which was so disappointing to see. All in all, we did enjoy playing here, but a warmer welcome would have made a huge difference to the overall experience.

We arrived to check in at 4pm with our young children. The receptionist was very rude at check in and showed me a print out of our stay with a big cancelled notice at the top. I assured him we hadn’t cancelled and showed him the booking was confirmed on the Agoda app. He wasn’t interest and said well it’s cancelled. I asked who cancelled it and he couldn’t tell me. At this point I became upset as we were stranded with young children and nowhere to stay in a different country. He said wait ten minutes for my colleague. A lady then showed up and said the hotel had cancelled the booking as they were full - they showed me print outs of an email to ******* and to me cancelling the reservation as they were full (******* and I didn’t receive this so I assume it wasn’t actually sent). In any case they had only cancelled the day before which isn’t good enough! I got a very cheap deal on the room and I think they cancelled as they got a better offer. The whole time I was there even though I was upset they didn’t show any care apologise, were dismissive, rude and acted like it wasn’t their problem. The fact they had the print out of the cancellation ready showed they expected me to arrive which is terrible. As soon as any French guests arrived they were completely different which a much nicer manner! Don’t book here if you have children as can’t be trusted and you may be left stranded and having to shell out for a more expensive hotel as we did.

Seen a couple bad reviews on here. Our experience was great. We booked for a family and had a large suite which was tidy. Only the bathroom was a bit dated but clean like the other rooms. Staff friendly. Location stunning. We took an evening stroll around the grounds. It is definitely a golf hotel. But this means it has lovely surroundings. Breakfast was in a nice sunroom with lots of choice. We walked into our Disney hotel 25 minutes after leaving. I would recommend based on my family’s experience.

We were a family visiting Disneyland and for that purpose it is great. 15-20 min ride. Exterior of the hotel is nice, it is a golf court, and close by is a parrot world which I highly reccomend for kids. This is the pat that I could say is great. Interior is horrible. In the breakfast there are only 4 warm dishes, no vegetables, no several kind of eggs. The staff ( apart from one waiter ) does not speak English, and even if they see you are not French, they continue in French for some reason like you will understand it if they do. The room was incredibly dirty, in the kitchen there was no cutlery, in the walls leftovers from previous repairs, and the bathroom has some sort of fungus on some area of tiles. We had booked and had confirmation for BB but still had to pay breakfast. We tried to clarify this with reception but they don't bother to check this.

Quel scandale, je viens de Paris pour profiter d'une belle partie de golf en pleine campagne et j'assiste à un ballet d'hélicoptère sur le tee n°1 du 9 trous ! De plus, on m'a interdit de jouer le tee n°1, parce qu'une société a privatisé l'espace pour des vols en hélicoptère. Utiliser un parcours de golf ouvert pour une attraction qui n'a rien a y faire, j'ai supporté pendant tout mon parcours les décollages et atterissages assourdissant de l'hélicoptère ! C'est une honte de ne pas prévenir les golfeurs à la réservation faite la veille. Pour faire suite à ma réclamation justifiée, j'ai entendu de la part d'une personne de l'accueil un insolent "Bonne journée"...

Beau cadre en pleine nature, chambre agréable et décorée avec goût ! Vue sur le golf. Literie parfaite. Salle de bains plus vieillotte mais tout le nécessaire quand même. Petit bémol personne n explique comment le petit déjeuner se passe et où Lors de notre arrivée vers 9h20 presque plus rien au buffet(plats inox tous vides) (on a qd même trouvé de quoi faire mais même si je suis d accord de pas avoir de tout à cette heure un minimum aurait été appréciable) Restaurant très bien et décoré avec goût, personnel agréable Belle découverte tout de même

Une belle découverte. Une hôtellerie de qualité ainsi que la restauration. Un parcours de golf magnifique ! (Un peu trop d'eau pour de piètres joueurs comme nous, quelques balles se sont noyées...) Lol Nous avions réservé une suite. Elle était moderne et cosy, rien ne manquer. Le restaurant agréable, les tables ne sont pas les unes sur les autres, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La pièce de viande "Excellente", nous sommes sortis de table et n'avions vraiment plus faim. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un magnifique séjour au domaine de crécy. Je recommande
