This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is unsurpassed in location and design. No detail has been overlooked; from the furnishings, bedding, fit and finishes; every detail has been covered. The second you walk through the front door you will realize you have made the right decision as Unit 301 is equipped with breath taking ocean views and high-end interior work that is balanced with comfort. This unit is located on Crescent Beach, which in our opinion is some of the nicest beach front on the East Coast. It is remote and clean with stretches of white sand and gentle, warm ocean. After enjoying the beach, you can head into St. Augustine known for its historic downtown, shopping, craft cocktails and fine dining. The Sand Dollar Condo includes 1550 square feet of living space featuring 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full utility room with washer and dryer. Smart TV's and Wifi are provided. This unit is a flat 2nd floor condo. Pets are not permitted and absolutely no smoking in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are located in the condo for your use.
There is handicap wheelchair access to this unit. Shopping buggies and flat carts are on site to carry your things to condo via the elevator so there is no lugging things up the steps. Watch the stunning sunrise and dolphins swim by from your front window. The master bedroom and living room doors open onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the beach below you.
The Sand Dollar I Complex on Crescent Beach offers any family the best vacation St. Augustine can offer. With only 40 units in this building, the pool and tennis courts are rarely crowded. We had a wonderful family reunion vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean, it was so lovely. My only suggestion might be to add another Adirondack chair. We will be back next year, same time, same place…..g

Absolutely perfect! Location, location, location!
Condo was immaculately clean and very very spacious. Master bedroom was mostly windows with a spectacular ocean view. Unbelievable sunrises. Host was super! Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for family vacation
This condo was great for six adults and one toddler. We had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The only thing we felt was missing was a doormat for outside and inside the front door. We put down towels and moved the mat from the laundry room so we had something to put our shoes on. My daughter thought the mattress in the front bedroom was too hard, but the other two mattresses were great. The balcony is a good size and the view is gorgeous!! The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most days. There are plenty of beach toys and towels.There are also a couple beach chairs but we didn't use those. I highly recommend this condo. I'm so glad we found it! We plan to return soon!

Beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for my family of four and could've easily had a couple of more people.
Views were amazing! We have been going to Crescent Beach for 10+ years and this is definitely one of the more updated condos that we have stayed in.
The condo is on the third floor, which provides amazing views… The only challenge was the elevator was out in the building while we were there. It did not impact our vacation at all, but if anyone had a challenge with stairs, I recommend you ask about the elevator prior to arrival

Beautiful unit and responsive hosts
Our annual week at the beach was even better this year having found this condo to stay in. We had a couple small issues with blinds and storm shutters, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out the next day to get them working. The condo is well appointed with all the basics. It was especially nice having a full size washer and dryer. We're already excited for next year!!!

Great Experience
This condo is beautifully decorated without the clutter that comes with a few others we are familiar with. It’s comfortable, well stocked, and spacious. The view can’t be beaten….gorgeous and peaceful. The location lends itself to as much activity as you want…..a short hop to St Augustine for some interesting and fun activities or the quiet of an uncrowded beach.
It was a pleasure dealing with the responsive hosts.
