What a perfect condo. Beautiful and clean. Oceanfront. So enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching dolphins. Plenty of towels, king size bed. Air conditioner in living room and bed room. The management company was responsive and helpful. Thank you Derrick Kelly of Saint Augustine Vacation Rentals.

First time guests! We vacationed here with family which consisted of 10 people, so we had 3 rooms (222, 225 & 226) on the 2nd floor and all had an ocean view. There is ample parking and a permit is needed for your vehicle. Each room is owned by different owners, so they are not connected. The three that we had consisted of a private bedroom with a king or queen bed and one bathroom. Two of our units had a murphy bed and the other had a sleeper sofa in the living area. All had a small four burner stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, some cookware and dinnerware for four. There was not a Keurig in our rooms but a 5-cup coffee maker with coffee packs. Rooms are serviced daily. Free ice machine at the elevator on our level. They have a nice pool, but we did not use it. There is a gated boardwalk to the beach that requires a code to enter and exit. At the end of the board walk near the pool is a shower and water hose to rinse off the sand. Bring your own beach gear including towels.

Property is located in Crescent Beach, NOT St. Augustine. However, if you're just wanting a beach vacation, I would highly recommend this location. It's about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and the beaches are not crowded at all. The room we stayed in was very small. We were caught off-guard by it's size. It's only about 10 feet wide and maybe 40' long, but has a great view of the ocean. There are no closets, so there is no beach gear available for guests. You have to buy your own beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Luckily, there is a Dollar General Store a couple miles down the road where you can get that stuff.

Tv in the bedroom didnt work. A/c in living room went out day 3 of our stay. Didnt like that housekeeping came in my room less than 24 hours of check in to replenish items. Great view. Beautiful beach

We stayed in 112 patio suite. The patio was great with ocean views and lots of birds to watch. The bed was comfortable. However, the living room sofa and chair were terribly uncomfortable. The dining room highboy table had the worst chairs we ever sat on. So, we ate at the patio table all the time. The tv had no local stations just streaming. We chose this condo because of the walk in shower. But upon further investigation we found there were other condos with walk in showers also. The drive into town was a bit far. Our towels were clean daily and coffee replaced as needed.

This was our first stay at Beacher’s Lodge and we loved the location. The view of the beach was breathtaking and the beach itself was not crowded. The unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool-again the view was perfect! The unit was perfect for 2 people, very nicely decorated with relaxing beach decor, parking was plentiful and the balcony was a great way to start and end the day! It is just a short drive to St Augustine and St Augustine Beach. We will definitely return.
