Las Palmeras

When I booked this hotel for a Christmas break I booked as all meals included and even doublechecked via email that all meals are to be included, when we arrived around 5 pm and asked about the dinner we was informed that no meals tonight as there was a party booked? we had to go into town to buy a meal that we already had paid for, the next day Christmas day, we went for breakfast to find no breakfast menu and little or no service, eventually I went to reception to ask about the food we was then served croissant and half a toasted roll, we than left but asked about lunch before and was told 11:30 onwards, we went to explore the area and returned about noon, the place looked fabulous all decorated for Christmas day, I asked about our table and was told no table was booked for us (guests at hotel ) I said that when we booked we specifically asked for all meals included and even double checked showed them both emails we was offered soup and salad by the manager on Christmas day the other alternative would be to pay a further 42 Euros each, we declined had left the hotel! total lack of empathy on this very special day it was as if we did not matter at all NEVER AGAIN!!! I had to put a star to post this other wise no star to be added. disgruntled guests.

Reservamos habitacion para un sabado. Nos llamaron 1 dia antes para decir que la piscina se cerraba a las 17 coincidio con la ola de calor poco tiempo para buscar otro sitio. Pasamos una tarde abrasadora pero con aire en la habitacion Preguntar si hay evento durante tu reserva para evitar esto y la musica hasta las 4 de la mañana. Por lo demas, el personal de 10, tanto recepcion como restaurante. Menu bien de precio y muy muy rico. Pueden ir visitas pagando y hacer uso de piscina y restaurante. Habitacion.... bueno era algo pequeña, pero lo necesario para descansar, vistas deslunado aunque ponia vistas piscina.... Las instalaciones estan muy bien es acogedor y arriba tienen una terraza donde los menus del restaurante o bar puedes subirlos. No repetiria por la lejania de todo, necesitas coche para ir a cualquier punto. Por lo demas bien.
