The hotel looked very nice and stated in the art. the food was amazing and was cooked perfectly but a little overpriced, but we did have free breakfast included within the booking as complimentary, breakfast was awesome & i would recommend the scrambled eggs were to die for and the waffle you can get was cooked so soft and fluffy, 100% try the waffle!, staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with mostly all and some even went above & beyond to serve, can't fault any of the staff as all were friendly & respectful 😊, in all would go again and would highly recommend your stay here.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly polite. The room was very cozy, except for the heater, which wasn’t working. So, they kindly provided me with an electric heater to keep me warm. And also the food is so yummy.

Great service, friendly staff and location 10/10 I will definitely book for my next visit to London.

Quite a small room but still clean and tidy. It seems a norm you need to ask to open the sofa bed when you arrived the room even if you stated 3 guests in the booking.

Good price. Good breakfast and near to central Croydon and East Croydon. Near bus and tram stops.

I found the rooms very squashed and parking was awkward . The breakfast service was brilliant in particular Manoj who was excellent. The reception staff were also friendly.

The hotel was clean with good service and a satisfying breakfast. However, the room size was very small compared to the price, which was disappointing.

Small rooms, nice shower and comfy bed. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but staff were friendly. Required ID from all guests even if U.K. residents which isn’t normal for a Hilton property.

I had an amazing stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Croydon. The staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the location was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful Nice Breakfast Great Location for the train station into London Room had everything we required, and we found the bed quite uncomfortable.

Outstanding customer services by all staff members who love their jobs and they ensure all the guests are well looked after. Excellent location with walking distance to 2 subway stations and the airport bus stop. Full breakfast provided, a warm and welcoming dining area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next London visit.
