Staff and facilities were great, so friendly and professional. Everything was really clean and nice part from the booking team (owner) who decided to change my booking with no communication or confirmation which ended up causing unnecessary emotions with lack of accountability for her actions and inconsistency in messaging.
For that reason I will not stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at LookOut Safari Lodge, we stayed for one night and did the couples massage in the the evening and the game drive in the morning which was so beautiful. Shoutout to Karla who was very knowledgeable on the game drive and went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience possible !

What an amazing experience, the chalet WAS PERFECT! the view was awesome, to top it off lying in bed at night an hearing the wildlife especially Hyena's! (don't worry they couldnt get it in ;)). The game drive we booked was incredible and our driver she was super clued up and she even managed to get us a Cheetah sighting with her 2 cubs! What an incredible spot! I WILL DEFINITELY be coming back and staying longer ! THANKS

Overall this lodge is good value for money. Clean, efficient and well maintained. Just do not expect absolute privacy as thre are 8 units on the property that is fairly close to each other. Privacy at the spa pool is also a bit sketchy. Our unit had a wood fired spa bath but only 3 pieces of wood was supplied. At this price I am expecting at least enough wood to keep the spa pool reasonably hot. This was the main draw to book this unit.

I was stunned at how beautiful and peaceful this place was. The pictures and reviews don’t really say much as it is beyond what it is online , I am definitely coming back to visit soon.

The pace is peaceful private and. The stuff so friendly the lady who is working at the reception the best. She deserves a crown for her kindness and she goes all out trying to help.
