This was a last minute decision and was worth it. The room was lovely and warm and had tea and coffee as well as a mini fridge. It was lovely and clean and the hostess was so nice. This was just what we needed and the breakfast was just delicious! My sister was staying at the local farm and house so this was close and perfect.

Excellent accommodation: clean and well appointed. Delicious breakfasts and excellent hosting. The farm is set in stunning countryside close to Honiton and Cullompton. My husband had a successful morning fishing on the ponds whilst I was able to do some photography and resting. We will return.

Beautiful guest house with endless views of the countryside. Helen is the perfect host and it's a privilege to stay in her lovely home. My Eggs Benedict would have graced the table at The Savoy and was absolutely delicious. I've stayed at many guest houses over the years but this tops the lot & I would love to stay again. Couldn't fault it!

A warm welcome from Helen and shown to a small but comfortable and very well equipped. Ideal room for a single person. The Farmhouse breakfast was superb and all cereals, fruits, yoghurts etc individually placed on each table. A good sized visitor lounge. Ample car parking in beautiful grounds (next to a farm) and beautiful countryside views. All in all an ideal place for the area, near but away from the M5. Thank you Helen.

Helen was an exceptional host. She gave us our distance and privacy, yet spoiled us with top grade accommodation, food and some unpaid for perks! Or rooms were beautiful, beds were like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, breakfast was absolutely divine and both the home and surroundings were incredibly peaceful. I'm trying to think of any excuse to visit again soon. Thanks again Helen. From Kerry and her son Noah, in Ireland 🇮🇪

Good accommodation, and great breakfasts! All with the lovely landlady. Stunning views across the Devon countryside, from an ideal location for exploring that part of Devon, and meeting up with old friends! We really enjoyed our stay.

fantastic farmhouse nestled in the countryside very peaceful and quiet rooms are very clean with all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was lovely and very generous of the price that you’re paying. My boyfriend and I with our dog stayed there for one night on our way down to Cornwall. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending it to others.

This is one of the best B&Bs that I have ever stayed at. The host was brilliant, attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautifully finished, spacious and comfortable. The surroundings are perfect for a quiet get away. Even the cows introduced themselves to us. Highly recommended.
