For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool kidney-shaped (6 x 8 m, 48 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Supermarket 750 m, restaurant, bar 60 m, bus stop "estacion de tren Cunit" 1.5 km, railway station "Cunit" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Valparaiso" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 59 km, Sitges 19 km, Tarragona 45 km, Port Aventura 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood community. Well-equipped pool and very close to the beach. The apartment does not have WiFi or air conditioning. The TV doesn't work well. It does not have free parking nearby.

Only one set of keys for 6 including 2 adults and 2 teenagers it was very difficult. It's not possible
