The room was fine with a good bathroom. Thee breakfast was good with bread, joghurt, fruits, coffee and eggs if you wish. But I don't like if the bedlinen is every day stucked under the mattress! When I came back, I had to prepare again the bed. Therefore i can recommend only three stars instead of five stars.

The room is cozy and comfortable! The water is hot and we got here the middle of the night and got a taxi waiting for us in the airport. Smooth check in! The breakfast was incredibly!!! Mary the worker was really sweet and smily. Highly recommend :)

I stayed at Cozy Room Cusco with my friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were always met with smiling faces and great service. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day and the sweeping views of the hills from both the room and the terrace (which is open to all) was fantastic! The room was clean and very well serviced. Thanks to the entire team to make our visit to Cusco and Machu Picchu a great one!

Helpful and friendly staff. Free tea and coffee all day. Fair breakfast. BUT on the second day the water went off completely, coming back on at 0600. After this, the water was off and on randomly, usually just when you wanted a shower after a busy day. Of course no water also meant the toilets couldn't be flushed. The staff explained that the water was being rationed by the city, but I don't believe that add it was fine the first couple of days. We were booked in for 4 more nights, but we got refund and left the next day. Sorry Cosy Room, but this is a bad hostel.

This was good for one nights stay. But I will warn you it’s paper thin to the outside and you will hear cars and dogs all night and come 7 am you will hear terrible amounts of noise from outside. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

Nice place to stay while in Cusco. Location wise it was okay, about a 15 minute walk from the centre but there aren't many restaurants or shops nearby. We ended up getting taxis back at night which wasn't a problem but something to be considered. The rooms were indeed quite cosy and clean. Breakfast was simple yet effective although probably not enough seats for the amount of guests! Lovely, hardworking staff who were very helpful in terms of checking in/out and booking taxis etc. Also we enjoyed the rooftop which has great views of the city while we sipped on the free teas.

I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me upon my return @ the hotel where I stayed a night before my return trip to Lima.
Overall, their service was awesome and they sure made up for the booking mishap.

The service is amazing but the hotel is not very in a clean part of the city. We had to pass everyday to go to plazadiarmas by horrific street.

Found this place through a Google search. The photos looked good and the location seemed to be pretty near to the city center. The accommodation was in fact cozy as they mention in their name. The customer service was good and the reception is 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this stay.
