The management team at this hotel and staff are exceptional ans went beyond expectations We appreciated Daniel and his staffs They made everything perfect We felt like royalty The rooms and property are impressive Food and amenities delightful

My name is Don Grenier and I was traveling with my wife Karen for a trip with the BackRoads group to visit Machu Picchu. We arrived a day early and decided to stay at the same hotel they would be using. What a great choice. From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed. We were fortunate enough to speak to Gustavo who was exemplary in his patience, enthusiasm, and kindness. As we completed check in and were taken to the room where things only got better. The room, "107" was perfect. Great size, location, and accommodations. Everything worked great and was fully stocked. The heated bathroom floors were a pleasant touch and the Llamas in the turn down service are charming and brought a smile to our faces. We loved the whole experience and were treated just as well when we returned from the backroads trip for another two days at the hotel. You have a great Hotel with a wonderful crew and I especially want to thank Gustavo for his exemplary skill in making us feel welcome. Note: we also stayed at the MiraFlores location prior to arriving in Cusco and were very happy there also. We had never heard of the Belmond company but I will be sure to look for it on my travels from now on. Thank You for a great time in Peru.

After many days in Peru, this hotel provided wonderful respite and beauty. I can honestly say I’ve never had such amenities in a room: two robes, one plush and one silky - hot water bottles nestled into your bed before turndown — and on and on. The embroidered linens, courtyards, and flowers are utterly charming.

The Belmond stay was amazing. 5 * or more experience. The Staff could not do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed, including decanters of spirits. I will definitely be back to Cusco and certainly pick Palacio Nazarenes.

Saul is very nice staff in here. I was impressed because of him. He is very kind and making comfort. This hotel is wonderful in cusco. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Also, nice interior. Out side is Inka style, Inside some part of Inka style but also convenient and modern.
