Hotel Rojas Inn

Stayed in Room 101, a room inside Casa Hostal Rojas. We booked two separate stays at Hotel Rojas Inn (before and after our trip to Machu Picchu) - first in a Quadruple Room and then in a Standard Triple Room. However, due to a broken water pipe, we were relocated to Casa Hostal Rojas, situated across the street and down the block. PROS: Room 101 at Casa Hostal Rojas seemed more spacious and quieter than those at Hotel Rojas Inn. We loved Sergio, the main worker at Casa Hostal Rojas, who was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The room was well-equipped with multiple heavy-duty blankets for warmth and the balcony offered a nice glimpse of the main square. There was also ample storage space and the free breakfast buffet from 6:00am-10:00am was decent. CONS: The male staff member at check-in did not apologize for the transfer to the hostal, simply stating that it was the only available option. We also encountered issues with intermittent hot water in the shower. The frequent honking in the vicinity could be problematic for light sleepers. Additionally, although we appreciated the 24/7 hot water and coca tea, it was inconvenient to have to walk across the street and down the block to Hotel Rojas Inn to access them.

really looked after us, and made our special occassion so amazing! great central location and after i shot them a simple request they went far and beyond to dress up the room for our anniversary (my wife cried a little). great little hostel. highly recommend

We stayed two nights here. It was booked by a tour company. The location is in the midst of noise. All night long we heard music so loud that you could feel the pounding in your chest. It lasted until daybreak. We could not open the window and the room became very warm and uncomfortable. Other people in our group had the same experience. It was horrible. Two nights of not sleeping. Earplugs did not block the loud noise. In the morning there was a drunk passed out in front of the door. The hotel seemed to not have enough staff. The breakfast was to start at 6 and they were not ready and the breakfast was not very good. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only saving grace was that it had a nice bathroom and shower. It is a very bad location.

Great location situated in a small cobbled street just a very short walk to the plaza. Rooms were comfortable but cold (our was on the ground floor), heating wasn’t working but it was dealt with promptly. Quite dated and some sockets wasn’t working so had to make do with what we had to charge phones etc. comfy, clean beds with extra blankets if needed. Large shower which was great. The dining area is just lovely & quaint, you could almost be in Italy. Breakfast basic but good. Coffee is far too strong!

We stayed at Rojas Inn for two days in August Overall the experience was average. The location was perfect, close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation,on the other hand, was poor. One of the main complaints is that the room had only one mirror in the bathroom which was totally useless for a short person. Anyone less than six feet tall could hardly see themselves in the mirror. Some of the electrical outlets are unreachable. Overall poor design of a guest room. The front desk staff was not very helpful in getting another room (or maybe all rooms were as badly d signed). Restaurant and other staff were extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Some of the rooms open to the restaurant area and noisy at times. Overall a very uncomfortable stay

3 times that dont have warm whater in shower, I complained to reception and they said "sorry we will see what happend", and I took shower cold in Cusco. the temperature in Cusco is near 10 to 12 •C. It is the basic !
