Its ok, hotel . Cheap hotel bed and room clean. But they need to remodel shower bath big time. Water It's not draining well. Wifi doesn't work and no elvertor. We book it cuz have tour early just to have bed to sleep and distorted about shower after long hiking .

Nos hicieron pagar de nuevo impuestos a pesar que en la tarifa ya estaba incluido, nos dieron una habitación muy simple para el costo y en el último piso, el desayuno dice desde las 6am teníamos tours y necesitábamos comer algo sin embargo no estaba habilitado porque dicen que el chef está de vacaciones

В очень хорошем месте, багаж можно оставить бесплптно на хранение, завтрак конечно не богат, но мы оставались на ночь, покушали яичницу, бутики, бананы, кофе. фен на ресепшене. на фото выглядит лучше чем в живую, но для этой цены на самом деле нормально. НО оооочень холодно!!!!!! ( но это везде так, как я понимаю) и чттбы принять душ надо спускать воду 5-6 мин)

Жил в этом номере 6 дней. Есть хороший завтра и отличная администрация. Рядом много кафе, недалеко от центральной площади. Напротив супермаркет 🏬

We had a lovely stay at Casa real hoteles. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is located 15min walk from plaza de armas, which is just far enough to be quiet but still close enough.

It was an excellent hotel in Cusco. Very close to the central square around 10 to 15 minutes (if you don't want to walk you can take a taxi for 6 soles) Quiet, safe, clean, and confortable place. They offer a very delicious continental breakfast, there is tea infusions on the 1st and third floors. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have: like places to visit. very confortable beds to rest specially after we come back from the rainbow mountain and Lake Humantay. Price is affordable and fair, I recommended very much, it was a nice stay while visiting the georgous city of Cusco. Thank you hotel Casa Real! I had a great experience! I'm definitely coming back to this place.

The pictures in this website don't do justice to how beautiful and cozy it is in real life, I just finished my tour and stayed there pre and post hiking and absolutely loved it. The bed was so comfortable, the hotel was nicely decorated and taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend 100%.

To all my compatriots and travelers looking for a hotel in Cuzco: absolutely avoid this place! In addition to there being no hot water and very poor sanitation (toilet that doesn't drain, clogged shower siphon), there are probably serious problems with water leaks and I was woken up at 3am by the reception two nights in a row. Furthermore, someone tried to enter the room of my travel companions in the middle of the night, with a copy of the keys, and they were put to flight, and the night before a bag of our friend were stolen. To ours request for explanations, they contested these things, calling us liars, even in front of the evidence of the cameras. Then they called the police, trying to scam us, but luckily we called the agency and whoever was responsible to resolve the issue. Cuzco is full of decent and safe hotels, but stay away from this dangerous place! A tutti i miei connazionali e viaggiatori che cercano un hotel a cuzco: evitate assolutamente questo posto! Oltre a non esserci acqua calda e ad avere servizi igienici scadentissimi (bagno che non scarica, sifone della doccia otturato), ci sono probabilmente seri problemi di perdite d acqua e mi hanno svegliato di notte dalla reception per due notti di fila alle 3. Inoltre, nella camera dei miei compagni di viaggio qualcuno ha provato ad entrare di notte , con una copia delle chiavi, ed è stato messi in fuga . Tutto questo quando la notte precedente, sempre ad una nostra compagna di viaggio, hanno rubato la borsa dalla reception. Alla nostra Richiesta di spiegazioni ci hanno contestato queste cose , dandoci dei bugiardi, anche dinanzi alle evidenze delle telecamere. Dopodiché hanno chiamato la polizia, provando a truffarci , ma per fortuna abbiamo chiamato l’agenzia e chi di dovere per risolvere la questione . Cuzco è piena di alberghi dignitosi e sicuri, ma state alla larga da questo posto pericoloso!

Adorei minha hospedagem no Casa Real. O hotel é bem localizado, tem um supermercado na frente, padaria ao lado e farmácias na mesma rua. Fica bem próximo da Avenida do Sol e da Plaza de Armas, fomos caminhando todos os dias. Gostaria de destacar a atenção dos funcionários e em especial de Edgar que providenciou todos os nossos passeios com toda atenção e preços bem competitivos, tudo ocorreu conforme combinado. Os quartos eram bem espaçosos com armários e banheiro com água quente. O café da manhã é bem satisfatório, a box lunch que só vem um biscoito e um suco, mas vale a intenção.
