The hotel was amazing, spectacular views, beautiful grounds and a very helpful staff who were always accommodating our stay! This was our first stay at the hotel and I would recommend to anyone looking to explore Peru's wonderful treasures!

Very tranquil and serene space. Courteous staff. Felt safe. The rooms were a nice size and everything was clean. Water pressure on the shower was incredible. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Breakfast was great. And the dinners were so tasty and fresh.

For me this place was charming, but quite basic. No hot water in the room I was in, a safe that wasn’t actually attached to anything, so it could be carried out of the room The room was quite basic, and in the background dogs barking in the area around the property could be heard at night. The hotel is down a private track from the main road so could be missed. The staff were all lovely. And it looks incredible with lots of rooms all build around the central space. The room was decorated in a local style, quite nice but the basics let it down for me. Another example would be a power cut that meant all lights in the room went out, taking the WiFi with it too. Food was lovely but maybe a bit much in price (compared to other places I’d eaten) as you have nowhere else to go.

A simple, yet beautiful, hotel with a great restaurant in the sacred valley. The old Spanish villa and the tropical garden are stunning and provide a serene experience in the sacred valley. The garden invites you to relax between tropical trees and flowers and is home to an alpaca. Staff are friendly and hepful. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Peru. We had a group of 9 (4 couples + me). We had the best experience! Everyone was so accommodating, so nice and fun. The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect spot in Cusco. It was right near the main plaza and had tons of places to go and shopping to do. Everyone there did an amazing job, but I have to give a shout out to Carlos! Mainly for making us his famous Pisco Sours. He wears many hats there though. Jose (owner) took care of us all and made sure we had everything we needed!! Thank you All at Andien Wings for making this such a memorable trip. I hope to make a trip to Peru each year, and I would never stay anywhere else! I do not like to be disappointed. Again, thank you all so much! See you next year! Katie (Carole Group)

We stayed at Andean Wings for a week and we couldn’t have been happier. The owner Fernando lives on property and he made sure we were fully taken care of. The rooms are large, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was included and I’m still dreaming about the Peruvian breakfast potatoes! The location is very close to Urubamba square and close to Ollatantambo. Skip the VRBO and stay here!I highly recommend this hotel that felt more like home!

We had a series of stays with various configurations of people and enjoyed our time. The rooms were nice, and the staff are really helpful. Breakfast is good too, and it's a lovely building with several outdoor/semi outdoor spaces. We had a bit of trouble with check-out - the staff forgot that we had paid in advance for all three stays. They also forgot to charge us for airport pick-up and then mixed up currencies. Then they called us at the next hotel both late at night and very early morning to settle the outstanding amount which was annoying, especially as they failed to bill us properly in the first place.

I was amazed at the beautiful grounds of this hotel. Once the metal gates parted I was whisked away to the magical lands. The staff is amazing, the grounds are lush, and the little alpaca who belongs to the woman who visits the hotels to sell her beautiful weaved trinkets and sweaters are just an added plus. Also, please enjoy the wonderful restaurant it has the best soupa de Quinoa, and ceviche I've ever had and with me spending 10 days in Peru I'm some what of a self proclaimed expert, lol.

Don't take chances with your trip here - book somewhere else! Our reservation, which was made months in advance, was randomly cancelled by the hotel not long before our trip. I could speculate why, but the bottom line is we contacted the hotel, and they could/wouldn't do anything (all full). Available hotels for our dates are now limited and much more expensive. We are also travelling with other couples, which is one more thing made complicated. Save yourself the risk and the headache!

What a terrific place this was to stay in beautiful Cusco. It's close yet quiet and super well located near the main square and most of the key places in Downtown Cusco. We loved our room and really enjoyed the meals we had here too. But, the thing that truly makes this an exceptional place to stay is the staff and their dedication to outstanding service. We especially loved Carlos and Ruth and they embody all the very best when it comes to exceptional customer service. Both went above and beyond to make our stay special and they earned a place in our hearts.

The Andean Wings is a great place to stay while exploring Cusco. We took several overnight trips from Cusco and each time we returned, the Andean Wings felt more homie. The building itself is a re-purposed piece of colonial architecture that has preserved much of its rustic charm. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing us with everything from tips for the city to the always welcome coca tea. I’d also recommend stopping by the bar where Carlos has perfected the Pisco sour, Peru’s national drink.

This hotel solidified our experience in Cusco. It was some of the best hospitality we have experienced. The hotel is small, intimate, and quiet. Has a beautiful courtyard to eat meals or do work. The bar has a really nice fireplace. The in-house dining was next level and best of all was the service. Every person we encountered was kind and accommodating. Internet worked. Beautiful hotel, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible visit here! The hotel is located near many Sacred Valley areas of interest we wanted to visit. There is a great restaurant/bar and a fun outdoor area. The staff was incredible including personal interaction with the owner who even helped us reschedule our trip to Machu Picchu after a brief shutdown impacted our schedule.

Absolutely amazing! Jose Antonio Gamarra, owner and General Manager of Andean Wings - Cusco assisted our group of 9 friends with all coordination needed for our trip. He put us in contact with several people from his team in order to arrange flights, tours, transportation, dining, entertainment. The level of dedication and commitment that Jose and his team had for pleasing their guests was extraordinary and for sure did not go unnoticed. We all flew in from different cities in the United States. Chicago, Kansas City and Boca Raton. We had five beautiful and unique rooms and one unforgettable experience. Mirsha, Carlitos, Vladimir, Eloy, and Ruth were perfect at taking care of our needs at all times, including a few after hours! The food was delicious, drinks were stunning, and the quality of customer services provided definitely exceeded all our expectations. Location, location, location...wow! Five-minute walk to the Plaza of Cusco, you can't get any better than that. We HIGHLY recommend this place; you will feel like home with some extra love. Kudos to Andean Wings and their wonderful staff!
