Horrible! We ended up staying elsewhere. No clean bedding, no clean towels, regional manager was hostile & rude.

Bathtub was dirty and has paint or glue all over it. Shower curtain had mold on it. Shower head was more like a mister than a shower head. Will not stay again and will not recommend for anyone to stay at. Outside is not inviting and is in need of attention and paint.

Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable for summer in the Black Hills. Can't say enough about the management. We were biking through on the Mickelson Trail and had a number of non-standard requests. They were so nice and supportive. i would absolutely stay there again. Five stars for customer service.

it was a busy weekend, but the breakfast was under stocked. Packaged muffins and coffee is all there was. Over all a good stay we will be going back.

The hotel was clean and remodeled. Friendly owner. The only problems we had was the first day the shower was cold. Owner changed screen on shower head. Also when you put things in refrigerator they froze. Knob to change setting was broken. Otherwise we enjoyed our 5 night stay. I would recommend this hotel. Walking distance to town

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. The manager did everything to make us feel comfortable and made sure we had a place to park our large trailer. Location is perfect! We will definitely stay here again the next time we go through the area.

Shower was broken, didn't clean our room, terrible room. Poor lighting. Air condition clicked on and off all night. Security subpar. Hotel is rundown and staff didn't seem too worried about it. Frustrating and didn't enjoy our stay.

Avoid this nightmare at all cost, we used bank points on this property so money wasn’t the problem, this place is filthy, can’t understand the clerk & breakfast was as terrible as the coffee. Definitely a “get what U pay 4 property. Stay away!

The room was a mess dirty, used wash cloths, ragged towels,, bed in a mess bed skirt half off , sheet’s hanging down stair way with trash, toilet dirty with yellow stain, shower curtain old and dingy, is that enough for a full refund. Plus the district manager took pictures and saw everything
