Family fun Loved everything about the house. It was super clean and organized. Plenty of room. The yard is amazing. My only area of concern is when you have a home that sleeps 15 /- people that there's only one refrigerator. When you're buying groceries for that many people for a week, plus trying to have room for beverages it's impossible. I understand that most kitchens cannot fit to refrigerators. But there could be an outside refrigerator, there could at least be coolers for use to store extra food or beverages. Coolers would be a great addition to this vrbo. Keep two of them in the hallway closet for use for people. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We made it work with the one refrigerator, obviously, coolers would just be a great addition!!!!Jorge was great to communicate with prior to stay.

This Place Is Great, just not for us The home is beautifully renovated with solid building products. The pool is wonderful and warm. The basketball court and corn-hole are great, as is the ping pong. The pool table is pretty warped but, that makes it more fun! table. Our only

The perfect Miami stay We were a large group in town for a sporting event. The house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and great room. There are some bedrooms for quiet and luxury and others to pack your friends in. Pool, ping pong. basketball and hammocks make it a hard place to leave. Quiet residential neighborhood close to stores and interstate.

Family wedding We were 8 adults in town for a wedding at Thalatta Estates. Home was perfect. Only 5 minutes from the venue. Home offered everything we needed. The outside space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Jorge was extremely responsive and immediately responded with answers to our questions.

Great place for a family reunion. Our family of 12 totally enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty ofroom. The highlight was the magical backyard. We all enjoyed the pool area, basketball court , putting green, ping pong and the little tropical beach area.The owner was very responsive when we had a plumping issue. Afew recommendations would be anote book with frequently asked questions about operations of things, places to eat, shop or explore. We'd also recommend pool towels,picnic tablekitchen knives, can opener, baking sheets. This place was a big thumbs up for our whole multigenerational family .owner.area..areThownera.tropical
